Well, does anybody remember Harrison when he got into trouble over the phone numbers? He said several times "we had the phone numbers" meaning him and Dan and because everybody at that point thought Dan was ok, we all thought Harrison was lying and that he was the only one who had a phone number. I am wondering now whether Harrison was briefly telling the truth.

I really like Jesse and I hope him and Claire at least try a romance. I think they're really well matched in looks and they both have good hearts.

I think Dan has had a lot of Botox and so on. His face isn't expressive at all and he is very vain, so I think he's had work done. His eyes are narrow slits as well. I hate him!

And a complete contrast to Lyndall with a lovely mother who is self aware and emotionally literate.

They are opposite ends of the spectrum and think that can't work in a relationship.

More likely his just alcoholic who pretends he's in the gym when he's down the pub all day and that his face is bloated rather than botoxed

Sandy's lack of experience showing there. Her first mistake was sleeping with someone who said they didn't find her sexually attractive on international TV. Her second was continuing to let him disrespect her.

She basically had an arranged marriage on international TV. Why not let her parents do it instead...I'm sure they would have found someone a million times better than Dan, you wouldn't have to risk them disowning you, and you wouldn't have to humiliate yourself showing the ups and downs of getting to know a stranger on international TV.

To cap it off she cries at how stupid she was for sleeping with him and then getting disrespected like her dad said would happen. Really embarrassing.

Funny that someone else thought Dan looked like he's been drinking. I thought that. It would also explain his beer belly, if he's secretly going to the pub when he's meant to be in the gym.

As for them having to pay £15k if they leave, that's nonsense. All they'd need is a letter from a GP saying it's adversely affecting their MH. And let's face it the GP wouldn't be lying. Most of the decent people must leave MAFS with some kind of trauma.

Cams Mum is the kind of person who smiles when she delivers bad news. I want a group hug with Claire’s Dad. I want to drop kick Cams Mum from the “depressing” balcony. This show makes me feel uncharacteristically violent.

I hope Sandy got a hug from the producer. Dan reminds me of a prune. He makes people shit themselves. His daughter must be cringing.

If I were Lyndall and met Cam'smother, I would end the relationship immediately. I couldn't put myself through that.

I imagine that his mother was very uncomfortable out of her own setting, and that's partly why she was so horrible. If she's a little queen bee back home then she would feel very insignificant in the big city.

I can imagine Cam's mum looking coldly at him aged three, saying "Come on you need to man up. Fgs why are you crying...it's just a skinned knee"

I don’t think Cams mum has very good social skills. Probably from a small town in the Northern territories, not used to a city. However most adults are atleast friendliehen they meet someone for the first time, Cams mum wasn’t. Very stand off ish and made things feel awkward.

Id hope Cam has the balls to stand up to his mum when she’s wrong but I doubt he does. I don’t think Cam would back up his wife in front of his mother which is a very bad quality in my opinion.

The difference is the marriages on MAFS aren’t legally binding. So no divorce etc to have to go through.

A marriage arranged by her parents would be a legally binding one. And much harder to get out of should she not like the guy.

And the point for her was to make her own way in life. And part of that was making the choice of who she wanted to set her up with someone.

I don’t find it really embarrassing for her at all. You can have all the relationship experience in the world and still make stupid mistakes/decisions. I know I have. I think there’s a lot of us that can hold our hands up and say we’ve allowed ourselves to be disrespected in a relationship and put up with more than we should have. Life is a learning curve.

I agree
