Absolutely, he plays up to the crowd most of the time then when it gets serious starts whinging.

Well, Price has set himself up for even more piss-taking from the crowd wherever he plays now. At least he was decent with Clemens at the end.

I have to say I do really like MVG. I've met him many times because I'm a big darts groupie and I like him. And I've bet on him to win so I'll win.a whole 7.50 if he wins

Price is a grade a 🔔🔚, great player but he's also built his following off winding up the crowd but chucks his dollies when things don't go his way.

I can't see past MVG for this. It's been a wide open field the last two rounds, buts he's playing above the rest - still not at his best though so anything could yet happen.

Agree MVG has been nowhere near his best but still shoulders above compared to everyone else.

I like Smith and was so happy he finally won a TV title so I've got my fingers crossed for him tonight.

Re Price. I think the organisers should be reigning in the crowd too, it isn’t right the way they wind him up. He might come across as hard as nails and behave like a bit of an arse at times but it isn’t an excuse to abuse him like they do.

I can’t see anyone except MVG winning this now, I do like him but also like Smith and Van den Bergh (I haven’t seen Clemens much before so no opinion apart from “didn’t he do well”).

The crowd wasn't that bad at all. When the darts are held in Scotland the English players get booed to kingdom come. They get a much better reception in Ireland 😝

They weren’t too bad last night no, but at times they really go for him.

I think sky tone down what we hear like they do for the football, Twitter seems to think that it was a lot of German fans in the crowd for Clemens.

I suspect that after a day of drinking some of the crowd (and players !) can get pretty lairy 😂 I haven't been to ally pally for darts but have been to mine head and there's a marked difference between the afternoon and evening sessions.
