The campaign to replace Tess with Angela Rippon starts here.
Aside from Tony and Kym, I thought every single routine was absolutely sunk by the BBC theme. Even then, Kym's routine did not remind me of Come Dancing.
Graziano looks amazing with short hair and that tail-suit.
Tony Adams is still making me howl. It's like the Michael Vaughan jive, but reproduced every week.
Vito looked hilarious in that get-up but I have concerns about his choreography. He turned Fleur into the supporting act in that routine.
We need to see Will do another flavour.
Hamza's dancing has such good qualities, I wish we could have seen him do a traditional quickstep. I hate the feeling that a dance has been squandered.
Jayde and Karen would have been funnier dressed as Freda and Barry. The choreography failed to make the most of the song's lyrics. Why even introduce the Woman's Weekly if you're not going to actually beat someone on the bottom with it?
The beginning of Ellie T.'s routine was funny but, yet again, Johannes's choreography is just pedestrian.
Nikita, on the other hand, is clearly putting a lot of thought and creativity into his routines.
Didn't love Molly's Couple's Choice but the criticism felt very scripted. When it comes to Couple's Choice the judges' comments feel as random as the dances.
Some of those Sylvia Young children looked aflame with ambition. I was expecting that VT to go a bit All About Eve.
