Ooft watching the first new episode only 10 minutes in and what an absolute corker of an episode! Many of the mums this year are absolute parent goals I have to say

I actually find it hard to feel sorry for Nancy when she has been with such an obvious walking red flag for 2 weeks and refuses to even open her voice when he does things like gush about other women and tell her he thinks she’s ugly

I haven't warmed to Alexa and what she said she does with her clothes after she wears them in the second of the new episodes confirmed that - not a nice thing to do!

I also thought while Zanab was right to say no, she went too far and was kind of mean with what she said.

Thank goodness Bartise had the sense to say no even though Nancy didn't!

Cole could have done the same. He could have said, You're resentful, bitter, self-piteous, ungrateful, unpleasable, constantly criticising and belittling me, never happy, always picking on me, sour, insecure, and punishing...

I don't think she was "finally" speaking up for herself. She was bitching and whining at him from the first morning of the retreat, post-pods.

You don't use that public platform to humiliate someone you have any care for in front of their family and friends.

Watching the reunion I feel much better about Zaynab demolishing him if even 20% of what she is saying about Cole's attitude is true

Nah, Cole wants a pliant and smiley wife who doesn’t challenge his stupidness, laughs at his crap jokes and never rocks the boat. He wants one who will cook pie and charm his friends and rub his feet

Having been raised in a very Christian household, and living much of my life in a very Christian community, this is still what’s expected of women. I know so many Christian wives who turned a blind eye while their beloved Cole-types were out shagging.

That’s not Zanab. She’s a real human with flaws and understandably cannot cope with an overgrown man child who wants to play Nerf guns when cooking dinner (because it’s idiotic). She’s not a Nancy - and to him, that’s a flawed woman whose only explanation can be ‘she’s bipolar’. I’m AMAZED anyone can think Zanab did anything other than absolutely the right thing to a man who tried to change her and broke her spirit. I think she’s amazing

I agree Colleen looked properly terrified when they were talking about her conversation with Cole in the pool. It's actually quite worrying.

I felt very sorry for Cole at the end of the reunion show. The scene they showed at the end with the clementines had pretty much nothing to it. He was no angel but I feel like Zanab blew things out of proportion to bully him, basically.

Nice to see raven/SK are dating, thats a good option for most couples here - too soon to commit but they know enough to say "yes this could well work"

i think this was filmed a year ago (plus reunion was shortly after) so can now google to see if still together now.

Whilst I completely agree with everything she said, I do think she held onto it and waited to unleash it when it would hurt the most-in front of his family and friends

She could have said it before the wedding or after in private - it's not like anyone wouldn't have seen it anyway on tv!

Whilst he deserves to hear those things, I don't think he deserved to be humiliated in the way he was
