Like Lydia said he would have if he was not a gay man, no doubt about it. I imagine he's been badly edited but he has still done the things we have seen regardless of that.

I really like how on MAFS Aus call out the bad behaviour, this time regardless of what someone has done they only care about them being happy and going on their way.

Not as bad as S6 (I think) US and what one of the judges did though. I won't say in case people watch the US ones at some point. Can't remember if you find out in the season itself but definitely at the reunion shows.

I haven't enjoyed this series. The ruin of this series has been Thomas. He dominates everything, has zero redeeming features and acts like a tantruming (foul mouthed) 2 year old. His constant accusations of "fake" about everyone else is clearly him projecting as he's the fakest one in there. The others have no choice but to take his constant, uninvited 'input', but as soon as anyone says anything, even gently, to him it's "Don't you fuckin' come for me!!!!" I've never witnessed such emotional incontinence in an adult before.

Shame, as I used to enjoy MAFS. A bit of drama is entertaining, but this constant drama is just tedious.

Totally agree with this although I am surprised the ixperts let them stay as it's shown them up for being shit at their jobs and the best thing for chemistry is for people to match themselves!

Whilst I'm not a fan of the tats, Matt had been more Whitney's type physically as compared to Duka - she made that very clear on her wedding day about the type of big, muscular guy she was after.

What we were saying as we watched is that they are only, what, eight weeks in? If a relationship is going to work, then eight weeks in you should still be on cloud nine. All this talk about working at it - really, why would you bother? That’s what you say years in when you’ve got kids and commitments. In the real world, we ALL know these relationships are dead in the water. Zoe and Jenna are the only ones who feel like they have enough joy to keep it going. Whitney and Matt are in lust and where you’d expect to find a new couple - it might not last at all but at least they aren’t behaving like a weary worn out pair of people too scared to call time on a marriage past its best.

Yes, although I sort of understand this, that they're dating someone they've been told is who'd be good for them, so they have to work on things to almost try to ignite a spark, so it's the opposite way around from usual.

However, that would be good if everyone was genuinely there for that reason; and of it was genuinely scientific rather than entertainment/conflict bullshit 😆

Jonathan was saying as clear of a 'no' as possible whilst not wanting embarrass Sophie on TV. They won't last 5 mins. He seems to have a good heart but isn't ready to settle down.

Don't really care what happens to Matt and Whit. Wish she'd stop bringing Duka into it though.

Oh my gosh! Tayah did seem desperate to be married and have a baby. I hope they're all well and happy. Such big life changes in such a short period of time.

I’m on holiday near York, just took a drive out and went through Selby.

Didn’t see JoHnathan though.

I don’t think Sophie would like Selby, it seemed quite industrial, not a very pretty town, however the Abbey was beautiful in the sunshine with blue sky.

I'm still trying to catch up on all the threads, am mid September now, yikes!

@Twospaniels be honest - did you deliberately go through Selby to try to spot Johnathan? Just think you could have reported on whether or not your legs passed the horse test.
