I watched from the start. Even at uni. Then missed it in mid to late 90s. I started watching properly again when I had children in early 2000s.

I liked that my dc watch it too. Dd1 remembers Chris Pappas / Andrew Robinson in the flashback. And it’s nice to have the shared experience.

I forget that home and away started not long after.

I want Chloe to end up with Leo. I wish they hadn’t gone with that Kiri diversion. There was zero chemistry and it was such a forced plot line. They could have had it with Nicolette just being jealous for no reason.

Chloe and Leo would be good. Running vineyard together. They seem to have an easy way about them together.
Agree about kiri and Chloe- 0 chemistry. It’s so interesting how we as audience can feel on screen chemistry.

I’ve also always wondered whether paul forgets which is his false leg! They should’ve shown references to that a bit more.

Jane, Charlene etc are all of a similar age to myself so I feel a connection even though it's not real

Another one here who has just started watching again, after being obsessed with the show back in the 80s. As I had to patiently explain to the DC, we didn't have the internet back in those days, or a video recorder, you had to watch Neighbours after school at 5.35 or risk being completely left out of all the conversations about it in the playground the next day.

I'm loving Shane being back again (used to have a massive crush on him in his Flying Doctor days after Neighbours) - I could really see him & Izzy together actually! Lovely to see Mike and Jane today, I never got why she was with Clive in the first place, though she obviously has a thing for older men, remember her with Des? (yuk).

I just don't get the Paul/Terese thing though, he's always said that Gail was his true love, I just wish they had brought her back for Paul to run off into the sunset with. This will they/won't they get back together stuff with him & Terese is starting to remind me of the run up to the 87 finale with Paul & Gail, but not as good!

Gutted that Neighbours is ending. I've been watching regularly since 1994 although I remember bits from slightly earlier. It has been a comforting companion through school, college, various jobs, relationships etc. I will definitely miss it.

Gail did come back to meet Harlow and was part of his ex wives reappearing when Terese and Paul were getting married. We had Lynne, Rebecca and both twins too.

That really concluded everything, this was back pre covid.
