The only thing I wanted to see was ES get interviewed. It was nice to see her confirm that Gemma was her best friend in there.

Tbh I always record it and fast forward most of it. It’s not a good season and I find the men too obsessive and controlling this year. No one seems genuine and up for a laugh - except perhaps Davide.

I reckon Billy is going after gemma to wind up Luca , but he must know her in real life and be mates. I think Luca was really hoping he would be booted, even though it meant tasha would go, as he’s incredibly jealous and insecure.

I think it might be difficult for Luca and Gemma now, as Luca isn’t going to handle it well. He will be wanting Billy out asap as he’s so threatened and he won’t be able to control it round gemma who is roundly going to tell him to get a grip.

I wished we had seen them making up a couple of weeks back, when Gemma called her calculating and game playing and then the other argument about Gemmas head being turned.
Its really annoying we didn't see how Gemma was suddenly all best mates with ES.
Perhaps the arguments were fake and for the show???

im enjoying it but tonight it felt forced in places and there seems less challenges and fun, it’s all a little serious.

the joy of love island is it’s outrageous, cringe, fun, light hearted. It’s a bunch of folks doing shit that make you want to hide behind your sofa and peer out from between your fingers, cringing inside out and laughing or jaw dropped open. This year I have had that, especially when coco was telling them all about boobiegate, but mainly I think it’s being overly directed.

Was the last game / challenge when danica came in as the mermaid? Why haven’t they done snog, marry, pie yet? It seems really dull at the moment.

It makes my heart hurt that Chyna will have to leave just because Jay is a fool who should never have applied to be on Live Island. Dami will be saved because he's evertone's mate (barf). My opinion of Indiyah has also gone right down the pan - both for cynically bringing Deji back as insurance and then capitulating with Dami the instant he faked some remorse. I thought she was more intelligent.

The only people I actually like now are Danica, Deji, Summer, Chyna and Davide. It's a travesty that Chyna will have to go, so unfair.
