Our Girl Thread 63 "Our Girl Revisited and then what?"

We started to follow "Our Girl" back in 2014 and although there will be no further series, we do revisit from time to time. We have watched all seven series of "Soldier Soldier" to keep up our military terminology and galloped through three series of "The Musketeers". Of course, there is a definite connection between "Our Girl" and "The Musketeers" in the delightful form of Luke Pasqualino. We are now revisiting series 2 of Our Girl and are trying to decide what to watch after that.

In the swimming pool. This is a scary moment. You wonder where that came from and then....yes it's a nightmare. Yuck there's Dr Dull to save the day.

Yes, I think I'd offer to do breakfast if I saw that too! This bit reminds me of when Molly was running thorugh the streets in series 1 thinking she was back in Afghan.

I have no idea why Grace is pruning that weigela when it's in flower. (I know, I say it every time).

Marie has found out that Elvis was the rescuer out in Kenya.

So, she can't get Elvis out of her mind. Mum is so happy that he's a doctor.

Grace is so taken up with the fact Dr Dull is a doctor.

They go wedding dress shopping.

Nothing happened. Not really.

A bird in the shopping centre! I wonder why it doesn't register with Georgie?

Ah, the Bird. She remembers at last. Marie has no concept of what Georgie has been through. Funny how Lulu is not a fan of weddings. Probably due to the disaster of the first.

Marie's advice is so out of touch. I suppose it sounds sensible - he's bad news, so keep away, sort of advice.

Marie was a pain in this series

So Jason seems obsessed by Georgie with all the photos etc but in the end he doesn't actually do anything to her.
