Was there any explanation given for why none of Randall's 3 daughters were at Kate's wedding? Maybe two could be away at college or something but wouldn't the youngest still only be 14 or so?

So are we supposed to think that Cassidy stayed the night with Kevin?

I did think it was a bit daft that Randall didn't know he wasn't supposed to correct Rebecca.

I know he's busy, but I'm sue he would have read up on it-either now or when she was first diagnosed & he wanted her to go on a treatment programme(?)

I really like the portrayal of dementia - I think it's been done really well. And I like Philip although I think him and Kate are really unconvincing as a couple.

I agree that Beth is and has always been the best Pearson by a county mile. I love her. I also love Randall even though he's neurotic and annoying.

@diddl I think Kate had her first wedding at the cabin so that's probably why they went somewhere else this time.

I liked this episode. It made me cry.

As for Kev - I don't think he slept with the wedding singer. I'm guessing the words were a song so it's probably something to do with her trying to get famous or him resurrecting his ill-fated guitar playing phase 😂I don't think Cassidy would have been so blase about asking for her wrap back in the lift if she'd spent the night with him and wanted to keep it secret. So I think it was Sophie. She didn't have anyone with her at the wedding so she's probably separated. < bangs gavel > Does this mean I can join Beth's detective gang please?

It's definitely Quinn from Scandal. I used to love Scandal before it went completely off the wall.

I have a problem with Randall because I still haven't forgiven the writers for their "I'm probably going to be President some day" line. So now I hate his entire political career storyline. I liked it when he got into politics because of an issue he cared about. But then the writers had to get young Randall to reference it when he had never shown any inclination that way before.

I'm also that petty about Randall's political career. I loved him getting involved because of William but since they shoehorned in the 'I'm going to be President' and he was randomly (or should that be randally 😂 ) headhunted to be Senator, I'm completely disengaged from it now.

As for the singer, I only know her from Inventing Anna. I hated her character so much that I'm probably carrying that resentment over to this 😀

I think he ends up with Sophie too but I read a theory earlier that he doesn't end up with anyone and the wedding ring he wears in the future is to placate Rebecca who thinks he is Jack

I do think this theory holds some weight. We will see next week I think. Really sad to see Rebecca's more frequent slips and seeing what she sees when Kevin comes in the room.

How could we not see it coming? The way they keep Saint Jack in it till the end is Rebecca seeing him when she sees Kevin!
