I'm still on the fence about the pregnancy. They are all so crazy, so nothing would surprise me either way.

I think the show is very heavily edited and very scripted in some parts. I thought Vanessa seemed scripted rather than saying what she was actually thinking.

The spin-off show Selling Tampa will start on Dec 15 and features an all female, all black cast. It sounds good!

I love binge watching this whilst ironing - probably an unpopular opinion but I don't like Chrishelle at all - it will be interesting to see how she fares dating Jason

He’s 100% doing that, I did think (while I don’t like davina generally) her and maya talking about the ‘new favourite’ summed it up really.

You see that would be more interesting than an ex from 5 years ago that nobody has met.

Chrishelle is now the favourite and not Mary. She gets given the best listings. Will all the others start to get pissed off with her? She’s quite popular in the office at the moment. Roll on series 5!

I really can't warm to Chrishelle, and I don't know why because on the surface she seems genuinely nice and sweet and I feel for her marriage breaking down. I just think underneath that act she's actually very fake. Maybe it's because she reminds me of one of my friends 😒

Chrishell is totally getting better properties now than the ones she had in the valley with not enough parking in season one.

But she's also done dancing with the stars since which may well have won her clients.

I think crichelle is actually good at what she does. I think once your properties are being snapped up, you get more. Devina tried that with that property but it showed her lack of understanding properties with 75 million monstrosity. Jason wasn't going yo waste anymore money. While crichelle started in the valley and was happy with them. She is also a people person, more jolly than the rest of them and I think the most approachable.

Chrishell does seem slightly better at her job than some of the others. Heather is terrible, she kept asking the viewer about the negatives/ what he didn't like. and she had no idea about the construction in front of the property and had to get get Jason in to help.

I still can't really believe that they are selling the houses on their own, it feels like they're just sent along by Jason to let the viewers in and swan around giggling. And I guess they may have some good contacts. They are so different to Tracy Tutor on Million Dollar Listing.

Shagging your boss is never a good idea. It will be interesting to see if there is tension there next season.
