Our Girl Thread 62 "Our Girl, Soldier Soldier and The Musketeers Revisited"

We started to follow "Our Girl" back in 2014 and although there will be no further series, we do revisit from time to time. We have watched all seven series of "Soldier Soldier" to keep up our military terminology and are now on the final series of "The Musketeers". Of course, there is a definite connection between "Our Girl" and "The Musketeers" in the delightful form of Luke Pasqualino. In the New Year, we plan to go back and watch series 2 of Our Girl.

I think that’s the idea, seeing she’s house mother to the cadets. Don’t want the cadets getting ideas.

I have to admit, I am finding this episode hard to follow.

Looks like someone wants all the refugees out of Paris. The rest of the city is going hungry and they believe the refugees have stolen all the grain. The baddies plant evidence to prove their guilt, but the Musketeers discover it is all a plot and the grain has been taken elsewhere. Rupert and Corp Geddings are behind it - I think!

Hmm, well no preview of next week. I was a little underwhelmed by that episode, but the grounds are laid for more plots and doubtless much fighting and more Queenie swooning in the future.
