I also find it hard to forget how all of the other girls sat around Liberty and told her Jake wasn't into her a few days ago. Did they have her best interests at heart? I doubt it. If they had her best interests at heart they could have left her to get on with it til the end and find out for certain what their relationship was really like when they got back to the UK.

They've probably planned this between them as it was a bit out the blue, and stupid reasons...Jane was joking with the comment "all about you" and the mess comment. This is either staged by them or by the producers if she was done she would have fucked off.

Disappointed about the spoiler re Jake and Liberty tonight. I thought their announcement was that they were going to stay in to the end as a friendship couple. But I would have liked to have watched it to find out!

Two days ago Liberty was saying she didn’t want to leave the villa next week as she loved being there.
I agree it’s too heavily manipulated and produced. Everything we are seeing has edited to ‘create’ the narrative.

Because if they have split, surely it's fairer that the people who would have voted for them vote for one of the couples who are still together.

They probably both want to be remembered for a big grand gesture rather than just fading away into the background. I expect this was suggested to them by the producers too - great TV after that date on a boat as well.

Feddy’s date was so weird. Standing up in a tank of real/plastic petals. Who talks to a potential GF/BF like that on a date, too - all that gubbins about “what you bring to the table” and being “humble” . Like watching David Brent on a date.

What definitely gave me the “ick” was watching Liberty slide her bare backside across the food prep area 🤢

The cynic in me thinks it's so they get some headlines/media attention in before the actual Finalists take over.

I'm still dwelling on the petal pool.... did they lower them in on hoists? Did they stand there in the pool while the petals were added around them? Did they wade in amongst the petals then have to have the petals tied up?

Was the water warm? Surely not hot as the petals would have wilted. Cold would be infeasible but warm would feel like wee.

I'm not happy.

I hated that whole scene! It looked to me like they were super imposed on to the petals as nothing was moving an inch - surely that's not normal??!!

Then the bit like a perfume ad where Teddy swirled Faye around the pool - uuggghhh!!! Hate, hate, hated it!
