Did anyone watch this?

I felt stressed watching! The house looked fab when it was finished. We all need to borrow the carpenter... he was amazing at up cycling! Loved the shoe drawers.

I enjoyed it. I recognised my own hoarding tendencies with kids art work etc! Hope theres more episodes soon!

Re the stair drawer. Good idea but it just takes someone to forget to close the drawer and you break something carrying washing downstairs.

Where can I watch Filthy House SOS?

the80sweregreat · 09/04/2021 16:16

I found filthy house sos on 'my 5. '

the80sweregreat · 09/04/2021 16:18

I thought the stair thing was a bit dangerous too! The Kids might forget to close the stair up again. You would need to be so careful

Thanks @the80sweregreat Smile

I agree with other posters re stairs being dangerous - my partner who is a carpenter/ builder also pointed out the danger of these stairs & said in order to do this you would firstly need to make the stair structure more sturdier etc.

But also what really annoyed me and won't be sustainable is when the organiser lady organised the Lego by colour - that will not be able to be upheld by anyone - the draw for the Lego was a good idea but no way will it be organised by Lego colour

I’m looking forward to watching this.
For those asking about similar, ‘Consumed’ on Netflix is good, as is the Marie Kondo one. I’ve also watched ‘The Home Edit’ which isn’t as good but my organising loving DD enjoys it!

@Thewinterofdiscontent

I only caught the end. Where was the house. It’s massive ,! What did they do for jobs ..they had lots of expensive furniture and loads of kids. How did they afford it all? It reminded he of a typical big American house with loads of nice stuff but just too much of it.
I can’t remember where the house was but Dad is a tube driver and I can’t remember what Mum does. I couldn’t believe how much stuff they had eg 48 mugs and 60 old phone chargers, 23 pairs of goggles, 1500 children’s books and 3000 toys! How much must they have spent? But they seem such a lovely family and the children are delightful, so who am I to judge about their spending habits?

Was she as nhs manager?

tigerbread20 · 11/04/2021 19:28

She was a hospital director

Snappyteabread · 27/04/2021 22:57

Does anyone know why there's only been one episode of this?

Oddbutnotodd · 28/04/2021 11:10

There was no rubbish option when they did the sorting. Was everything really recycled?

BernadetteRostankowskiWolowitz · 19/11/2021 20:25

Anyone watching the newer episodes? Never really seen Stacey on much before, but she is ever so kind to them all and really does seem to love the organising.

I had a little cry at the craft room on the last one 《saddo alert》
