@Rummikub usually the players rate each other at the end and the highest rated player wins. There is also usually a chance for viewers to vote for their favourite to win a smaller cash prize, not sure how that'll work this time though with it being pre recorded.

Hunter and Manrika's face to face. Just wow. I think he threw Andy under the bus too, telling Manrika that he knew Gemma was a catfish. A low blow. He did not play the game well and came across really badly so if that was him trying to revive his career I don't think it will have done him many favours. If it is true that the producers encouraged him to catfish as a nurse during a pandemic then that's awful and him telling everyone he would donate half the money came across as a tactic.

I'm a bit conflicted with Manrika. Yes editing can do so much, but her general attitude is off to me.

She has had some rather unpleasant moments and I'm surprised to find out she's 25 as I thought she was much younger (20/21). So she seems quite immature to me with her attitude and need to prove herself (being proud of being a bitch - this reminded me so much of my younger self and I was riddled with insecurity. Assume she's doing similar) So part of me really dislikes her but then I find myself feeling protective or her as she's clearly not the tough nut she portrays (or is she....!) 🤣

I really hope she has caught on to Felix. She seems very happy on her Instagram so even if she didn't suss him she is having a ball

@TitsInAbsentia WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA I LOVED the awkwardness of that meeting!! I like that Manrika didn't feel belittled in any way by his presence even though he stayed on a higher level than her by perching on the arm of the chair.

I noticed that, he stayed higher than her and side on. He didn't know how to handle her and I think he expected her to have been blown away by his "celeb" status.

Thanks to this thread I've had a erm "dream" about him. I feel wrong. He's very unpleasant fabulous dream shag though. I blame the lycra photo.

I’ve only just watched last nights episode to the end. I can’t believe how far Felix is taking this, it’s uncomfortable to watch. I also can’t believe how naive Manrika is being, she doesn’t suspect him to be a catfish at all. I do think Natalyia has got herself in way too deep and I don’t know how she’s going to get out of this without coming across really, really badly, if she confesses she’s out, but I actually think that would be preferable to stringing this along any further. She’s crossed so far over the line in order to win the prize that the line is a dot to her! (Stolen quote from Friends!) And speaking of Dot, I like him/her, Dot is up there with Syed for me now. I like the theatrical way he speaks.

Hunter was a complete twat to Manrika. Typical DARVO making her apologise for being deceitful when he was playing a young NHS nurse. Bit of a cunt if you ask me.

Is Natalya a robot that has just started to understand the concept of empathy? It’s too easy for her. She also hasn’t once questioned whether Manrika is real, which is odd.

She probably hopes Manrika isn’t real!

I think Natalya/Felix did once say that she hoped Manrika was also a catfish.
Agree it’s going to be very awkward if they both get to the final five F2F meeting....

As a Midlander, I was surprised that Sued, Manrika and Andy are all from there, which makes me think that they were headhunted by a producer too lazy to look further!

That was not nice last night tbh...the thing is the producers set that date up so are just encouraging it for good tv...which don't get me wrong it is BUT there is a line. and Nataliya isn't coming across good at all shes gone way to far.
As for James his true colours shone last night he's very arrogant as well. Syed is the only real person on there and he's a fucking catfish.

I wasn't paying attention but how did Manrika and Felix end up having a date night? Did they win a game? Did the players vote for them? Did thr producers just decide?

I think they just said they had been chosen, presumably by the producers.

I thought they said the contestants had to choose two people to enjoy this treat?

But it was very hastily glossed over. Rather strange - I would have liked to see the process.

I don’t think we can assume Manrika and Felix both believe the other is real. I’m assuming that Natalya and Manrika have both considered that the other could be a catfish out loud but that the producers have decided not to air those thoughts because it adds more drama to the story to make it look like Manrika has fallen for Felix hook, line and sinker. Manrika may be voicing that Felix could not be who he says he is regularly but we’re not necessarily going to be shown it if the producers think it will make the show more interesting to cut it out.

Whilst I wouldnt say manrika was bitchy about James I think she was with tally. But she owned up to it I guess. I'm not overly a fan of her.

I don't think Manrika has fallen hook, line and sinker. At all. She's too bright.

Good ratings for the producers though.

I couldn’t quite work out if she’s actually had fillers (I suspect she might as they do look pretty puffy) or if it was the obvious lipliner outline.
I think lip fillers look bloody awful. Just don’t understand anyone going for that look.

Her lips did look odd because of the lip liner I think. In her other Insta posts she has liner on but it looks nicer. I think she was just having a bad liner day
