Our Girl Thread 59 "Our Girl and Soldier Soldier Revisited"

We have been following Our Girl since 2014 and although there are to be no further series, we revisit time and time again to discuss. As an alternative, we are also watching the 1990s series of Soldier Soldier. We are now on series 7.

CSM's daughter looks very rebellious. Not the first army child who's rebelled. What about the one when they were stationed in Germany and made some dubious friends from the then East Germany?

The stalker has taken a photo from Angie's house and sent it to her at the recruitment office. She must be shaken up.

Meanwhile, on the assault course, the cadets are put through their paces. Must be a nice easy job for the likes of Butcher et al to look after them.

Not sure how old these cadets are supposed to be but some of these comments are a bit in appropriate.

Oh, so Nev works at the market and Jules knows him. Jules is very strident - not that I can blame her. Can't remember her boyfriend's name, but he is a waste of space.
