i never understand pounds. when oprah says 'x or y used to weigh over 200lbs' i'm none the wiser. it's the nightmare of being born in 71. educated in metric but imperialists.

my instinctive "thing" for pounds is that under 100 is unhealthily skinny and over 150 generally overweight (for women we're talking) and pretty much anyone looks good between 120 and 135
