Surprisingly (not) E & E have now split. Was surprised by the Grant reveal. Either he's an amazing actor or he really fell for Tayla cos it looked v convincing.

Oh I do hope they bring back shipwrecked @oooompa I bloody loved that. I can watch and feel young again or actually will likely feel ancient watching all the young people on it😩!! Actually I’d love to watch the old ones....wonder if they can be found anywhere?
I’m just catching up on LI.....just got the final left to watch don’t think I’ll manage that till tomorrow.....can’t wait to discuss it all too.....although I’ve googled so know what’s happened since but I’ll wait till others are up to speed! I was wondering tonight if the Aussie show has an aftersun show? I guess not or they’d have shown it I suppose.

I really can't get my head around the Grant situation.

So are they suggesting that he and his live in girlfriend agreed to go on the show just to raise his profile? She agreed he could get with other girls? Open relationship?
But if that was the case then why did he stay with Tayla when the show ended, it was she that dumped him?

So if he finished with his gf to go on the show, even if it was last minute and really shitty of him, then I don't see what the issue is as such if he was genuinely single.

I just don't get it at all. So many unanswered questions.

I must admit I'm surprised Millie and Mark are still together. I wasn't sure Millie was that genuine about him after her initial first impression reaction to him.

Omg I’ve just watched the final then came straight on here to discuss and found all this out- wow! The ‘strong’ couples have crumbled I can’t actualy believe it! Grant is a fuck and is now back with his ex...why on earth would she want to be with him?
Also Tayla and Dom!? So weird.

Was I the only one who felt ancient though when they were quizzing each other's birthdays?! Tayla was born in 97, I was like "nooo, she's not 13!" before I realised that would make her about 20/21. I'm only 28 and I was born in 89, anyone with a birthday in the 90's just feels so much younger than me I do have an old soul though, 2 children and sleep deprivation has not only aged my face but also my soul

So apparently he was there for publicity for his business and his girlfriend was running his business while he was away?! What girlfriend would ever be ok with that??? I don't understand it, I'd be insanely jealous and booking my plane tickets to Spain if it were me!

Glad Dom and Shelby are no longer together, I don't think they ever had any intention of being in a relationship but have delayed announcing their "split" so it doesn't seem like quite such a farce.

I really liked Millie, I'm glad her and Chris (was it Chris? The one with the Teeth?) are still together as he seemed sweet. I think the Millie hate was all Erin, purely because she was jealous that Millie was attractive. Her face when Eden admitted in the lie detector he found her attractive

And I was waiting after reading this thread to see E and E's faces when they didn't win, wow it was worth the wait so genuinely shocked and devastated, Erin trying to smile and clap was hilarious. Eden didn't even attempt to hide his annoyance.

@panda81 I’m with you on the grant thing I just can’t get my head around it.....fair enough (although still v odd) to be ok with your boyfriend going on a reality show to boost his profile but the way he acted, with the whole having sex, falling in love etc. It’s crazy! how can she be ok with that? Can’t fathom it at all. There are rumours he is going into the jungle for I’m a celeb but I guess that would be the Aussie one? I wonder if we might get to watch that too....

@oooompa I was exactly the same when they talked about the dates of birth I even chuckled to myself when one of them said 1996 I thought ha he’s got that wrong as she’s be what like 12/13?! I’m an (early) 80s baby so makes me feel soooo old

Oh and E & E’s faces were so worth the wait classic!! No hiding those feelings at all

Latest news: Erin split with Eden due to his being physically abusive. She released a video detailing it. Although I don't like her I do think she's telling the truth, because I thought he was a cunt on the show and had all the hallmarks of someone who could be.

Oh @shambu that’s not nice to read, like you I am inclined to believe her as he came across like an aggressive arse on the show. Love island Australia certainly seems to be more dramatic than the UK version.

I started off really liking Erin, but by the end I thought she was quite unpleasant. But no-one deserves that. And various women have contacted her to say he cheated on her with them. I'm surprised Eden didn't get more flak for his behaviour on the show, I think he would have in the UK.
