EE is actually more depressing than usual, it needs a bit of excitement, someone needs to have an affair!

It is actually so dull atm carmel kicking off at the bins was s slight exaggeration from whitney she was mildly irritated lee is the shed and phill looking like a jaundiced santa, oh and kyle left not been the most exciting weel has it

WTF is it with the bins? I mean it's realistic but where are they going with it?

Will Lee get a new job as a bin man?
Will Phil find a new liver in one of the bins?

Also I love that Billy is now a sensitive and competent funeral director but Phil saying he turned out to be the best of them all was a bit of a stretch even as a 'dying man' speech. Also has he still not noticed the missing cash that Jay took or has that been forgiven now together with the ring stealing thing. I mean I'd really love things to be on the up for Jay but I'm assuming it was a fairly large wedge that he stole so surely would be noticed by now?

Kyle won't exactly be missed and I think the whole phoning his mum scene was pointless as no one cares surely? She called me Kyle

As for padlocking the bin - ummm words really do fail me! Things can only get better surely?! Otherwise the BIG Christmas story could quite literally be, terribly dry turkey, Lee getting another terrible present from Wit and the bins overflowing with wrapping paper and lego boxes

there's definitely too much bin attention in EE. I think the writer used to be a bin man and feels unappreciated.

We have a bin hooha going on in our town the fb local pages are overflowing with rage atm and i believe the local paper has been informed i dont need to see it on tv im living it

Kyle was the most pointless characters ever.... He came in, had a brilliant emotional scene with his mum, then moved some toilets and did nothing for the rest of his contract...

they wasted Kyle. I really liked him at the start but they did nothing with him. Such a shame and a wasted opportunity.

I think the padlock on the bin is pointless - the lids are so flimsy you'd be able to lift up the unlocked corner and shove stuff in. The lock needed to go in the middle. Dimwits!

Totally agree about boring Kyle, I was shouting at the telly last night that no-one cares if he takes that job or not. Or if he does anything. He's booooring.

And it's always so annoying and tedious when characters in a soap or drama 'put on a play' - not even having a comic Casaaaasndra can make it more interesting!

Actually just remembered kush was sniffing around about Denise last night wasn't he. Now THAT would make for a Christmas storyline that would meet with the Mumsnet massives approval, in fact I guess Denise's baby must be on the cards for Christmas mustn't it?

We know Max is due back. I'm wondering if Jane and Lauren's blossoming relationship/Jane now unable to walk will make Max reflect on his revenge mission?

I thought Whitney and Lee playing music in their own flat was a nice touch, it is the only 'young' thing they have done!

Kush and Denise get it sorted Ee we know you read us. Think it might be a jan/feb baby she is only 7 months unless she goes into labour early but they did that with Kim & Giant baby pearl

Tina is another boring character, i forgot she was even in it.

I always thought Kyle would be used in a big trans coming out storyline. It would have been interesting to see the reactions of different characters. Oh well.
