He passed his exams dunno if he is finished uni though he is only 20 so probably needs to go back to uni can you imagine him being your Lawyer urgh so feeble

It was sad really seeing how jealous lee was of the of the young pros getting the flat. Its a bit clunky how they do it, but this was a bit of rare reality for the soap. Social issues like housing are not usually addressed and when it started a lot of the characters like Dot n Ethel had lived there years when home prices were slightly more affordable and one wage was usually enough to get by.

Lee would need more than £2k up front for those flats. Assume it the standard 1 month up front and 1 months deposit that's £1k a month for the a new build flat in East London - I doubt it. Whitney has just quit work hasn't she and Lee just walks round in a uniform and occasionally sells fish.

Lee was in the army for 4 or 5 years, he must have some put away? How buster pays him is a mystery, you only see him sell a few bits of cod and under the counter oysters. Not enough work for two people really.
He needs to man up and get another job, out the square!

new characters in the flats would be good, although there are already loads mooning around that don't do much as it is ( Kyle, Johnny, Belinda lauren, Abi. ( had high hopes for Belinda with the salon, but shes not done much ) horrible Babe lately. all surplus to requirements.
