She seems to have done barely anything recently though.

no, she wasn't too bad in only fools - I also liked the actress that played Rachel, but not seen her in anything either. Such a tough business to find decent parts and keep going as an actor - no wonder so many go back to their old jobs, or just stay in the soaps ( like Ian has and ken barlow, lol)
I am enjoying the Denise story though, a lot of women do find themselves pregnant later on like that. I have always liked Denise and I had nt considered the downs syndrome aspect either till she mentioned it. makes a change from the younger characters getting pregnant.

I think Only Fools typecast a lot of the actors. Even Nicholas Lyndhurst never seems to be on much. I thought Gwyneth was quite wooden on EE the other evening.

Racquel, of course, I can hear Del boy saying it now! lol. she was a good character. Nicholas Lyndhurst also played one of the sons in Butterflies too. he was ok in new tricks.
We tend to do that thing when we see a face we recognise from another show or series ' oh, what were they in?' easier now with the internet to look it up.
I;m glad they are having a bit of a cull of characters in EE - the vic is like a tardis with all those people living there and only one small bathroom! same goes for Stacey - its okay, Bex can live with me and martin and kyle and Belinda! Most teens of that age wouldn't be keen.

Pearl is such a sweet little thing, its so funny how Kim describes her as a 'diva' when she seems anything but! I bet her bedroom is lovely -
I just have the impression that the upstairs of the Queen vic must stink, all those bodies, one bathroom, chip fat smells from the downstairs pub kitchen, no sign of any other loos apart from the pub ones too. yuk. but they always look so clean and well groomed! I know linda is worried about baby Ollie, but her whole persona is just horrible lately, I am sure she wasn't that bad when she was first in it.

I'm also beginning to wonder how they will write out Linda for her maternity leave. There doesn't seem to be any clues thus far.

Maybe they will film several 30 second clips that they can insert as and when they are needed, the rest of the time they can creativly write her into episodes by having her hiding in cupboards, behind things and generally off screen.

A bit like Grant.
