I think I now connect BC with paedophilia in my subconscious

I know. CC made the right decision to split them up for s10 (even though I was furious about it at first!)

This scene never fitted. His sister was resolved.it made no sense. Misplaced easter egg...

I hate this "it's all about your sister" speech. It's a really low blow and not like Scully at all.

Yeah, in conclusion this film doesn't really work! But we kind of need it as a bridge to s10 so we see the dark place they've been and why working on the XF is the right thing for them both - and why they're much more interesting when they're not a couple!

It's all worth it for the "just a little thing" line though
