I love it on a day of so much going on in the world of politics, someone clicked on thread called 'Eastenders gossip' and was then surprised to find it was full of people gossiping about Eastenders!

What was all that with Jack and Honey? Is he already on to his next Mitchell woman when he's barely been back five minutes!

I thought here goes when Honey confided in the block of wood that is Jack too. I think Honey sees the best in people including Billy. Haven't we had enough of Bilky slouching around begging for jobs though, and then he throws away the only decent job he has ever had.

I thought Honey visiting Jack was a bit random too. She should be careful sitting on that sofa. He gets everyone pregnant.

I thought Honey and Jack would be 'an affair' about to start. Ronnie is too neurotic anyway would be quite good to see a bitch fight between her and Honey!

And Linda was very obviously pregnant in Tuesday's episode. So Linda, Sonia and Ronnie will be gone......

Still not getting the appeal of potato face Jack and his super sperm.

Honey went to see Ronnie didn't she. But Jack said she still wasn't well like we already knew she was ill. Was this in the missing episode where they showed Sam had fucked off and left her child with a dad he doesn't know? Do they keep filing stuff them cutting it out as there has been some very disjointed episodes lately.

How much longer are they going to hide Linda's bump? She's getting quite big. And Sonia's, she's looking even more frumpy than usual which is saying something. Maybe Stacey will find out about her kissing Martin and will bitch slap her out of the Square. I'd quite like to see that , she is a bit of a sanctimonious cow.

I didn't get how the other day, Ben wouldn't let Paul hold his hand in the café and was then openly flirting with him in the pub - felt so disjointed as you say.

I am also amazed at the character transformation that Steven has undergone. They basically brought back the actor who plays Steven, but asked him to play the part of Peter.

It is true that Steven has become a dark haired Peter. Completely different character to previously. Although they have done that many times. Billy is a great example.

I thought the Honey and Jack scene was a bit funny. Definitely waiting for something to happen there.

Yes Ben's sudden aversion to being gay in public after being ok with it is very odd.

Is Steven up to something? He is over the top kind to the point it's false. Either that or he's a really bad actor. It seems like he is setting something up, getting Jane moved home, getting Lauren to move in, making himself indispensable to Ian, forgetting he is gay (and everyone else coming down with the same amnesia). It's like he's playing chess and getting all the pieces in place first.

I feel like the writers are looking back too much and forgetting to look forward. Hence storylines taking odd turns and characters changing out of the blue. Like Ben suddenly not wanting to hold hands. He put on a romantic dinner in the middle of the market for them but now won't hold hands?

I thought it was just his similarity to an ex that was making me think Steven was dodgy but maybe not.

I totally agree with you about Steven Harry. I think he's going to become more controlling and there'll be a domestic abuse storyline with him and Lauren. It was odd when she asked him back and he refused only to get back together with her shortly after. It was like he was giving her the runaround. I imagine that he'll also "persuade" her to give up her web design ambitions to play carer to Jane. There's something strange about him... Though that could be down to bad acting

I'm sure the writers know what they are doing and it's all planned out.
