I really don't remember Den having a giant head. They've put his head onto Ian's 1986 body haven't they.

I hate when Eastenders goes too far into gangstaaaa territory. I stopped watching when Johnny Allen was in it, and during that nonsense with Derek.

I don't know i quite like EE when it goes into gangster mode. It does gangster mode better than Corrie. Saying that though EE hasn't had any convincing gangsters since the late 90's early 00's. I thought Johnny Allen was quite a convincing gangster. Although not a convincing gangster as such my favourite was Andy Hunter purely for his one liner put downs of Sam Mitchell Derek was the most unconvincing gangster.

Your man Dalton was a bit scary. Andy was the least scary gangsta ever.

Kim is probably the best thing about EE at the moment.

Kim is brilliant. Only bit of lightheartedness on the show.

This weeks storylines have been ludicrous! So Lucas just hung around on the street somewhere, waiting for Jordan, who had been working with him for a while. Oh and Denise was supposed to just hop into the car with Jordan and go help Lucas.

Gavin gets bashed on the head, clearly no one took lessons from Sonia who would have immediately checked for a pulse. So he isn't dead and conveniently gets up. And did Claudette really think that her shagging him was going to write off 20k! FFS.

Claudette falls down the stairs, bashes head. Now why didn't they rush off and get Sonia? No doubt she would have been able to perform some sort of medical miracle! She is Walfords' answer when ever anything remotely medical happens. Vincent somehow buries her. But apparently he doesn't because she happened to be found in a gutter somewhere later on! I mean wft! That's not even possible! Scriptwriters are taking this piss tbh.

Oh and this is EE, everyone who gets bashed on the head usually dies (Lucy, Den probably others I can't be bothered to remember).

My DH, who has worked on building sites, was annoyed that they finished off a concrete floor in about half an hour. Apparently it's a half day job. I'll get him to write into Points of View.

I was wondering if Vincent was somehow in on Claudette escaping to try and get her away from Gavin by faking her death? Doesn't explain his behaviour though.

Wish Claudette was played by a more convincing actress, think it'd be cool for EE to have a strong female gangster. But they ruined her by getting her to sleep with Gavin.
Also it was obvious a mile off that Jack wasn't getting married to Delphine.

Have caught up on two weeks worth of EE today, feel like I deserve a medal.
Not read any spoilers so was quite at Claudette in the hospital.

I think Gavin has left the basement.

Two characters have announced they are leaving today. Both underused and wasted.

I'm glad those two characters are leaving, even though I kind of like them. I think it'll be a happy ending.

That's a shame for those 2. The story could really have developed and shown things in a very positive way.
