Yaaay!!!!!!!

MrsVamos · 29/06/2015 14:58

Ouch, The80s.

I've broken my right wrist twice, not through footwear, but I live in fear of breaking something. So I live in jeans and trainers to minimise things a bit. Blush

I'm a bit of a liability, me !

BROADY WINS !

EXCELLENT ! From 2 sets down ! Fantastic !

The80sweregreat · 29/06/2015 14:59

MrsVamos · 29/06/2015 14:59

Oh, you HAVE to watch, its all part of the thrill !

The80sweregreat · 29/06/2015 15:00

Liam won! Thats good news.

Raahh · 29/06/2015 15:01

Well, that is a nice payday for Liam.

When can we start calling him t be next Fred PerryGrin ?

MrsVamos · 29/06/2015 15:02

The80s

I have a lad, and a husband. They only really have 'sensible' footwear, don't they ?!

I'm epileptic, so my balance can be off at times too.

Don't like feet generally. Its a shame we need them, really. Grin

Raahh

About now ? Grin

OP posts:
Raahh · 29/06/2015 15:03

I have always thought feet were very badly designed, considering how much we need themGrin

MrsVamos · 29/06/2015 15:05

Come on PK !

Yy, Raahh. That's what I mean. Smile

The80sweregreat · 29/06/2015 15:07

Thats not good to hear. I agree about feet - i

have never been able to wear heels at all. Tried a few pairs and can see the appeal ( longer legs, elegant) but i just cant walk in them. I do have feet envy, other women dont have my odd shaped feet and walk about effortlessly in them looking good. Grrrr! How do they do it! ?

MrsVamos · 29/06/2015 15:07

Rats.

OP posts:
Raahh · 29/06/2015 15:08

I still find it funny, that dull unassuming Tim was chucked out of Wimbledon for hitting a ball girl.

Raahh · 29/06/2015 15:09

I wear heels sometimes because at 4ft 8, I almost disappear. Grin

I don't find them comfortable though.

The80sweregreat · 29/06/2015 15:10

Raahh! Fred perry, at least they shut up about him when Murray won 2 years ago! That was a relief. Now its just castle waffle and arse licking other players that do the commentry. He is so annoying!

purpleprincess · 29/06/2015 15:10

Glad you've all been having a lovely conversation about sensible footwear in my absence! It have to say birkies shouidnt be compared to normal flip flops. Yes they are sooooo comfortable as they are moulded. Supposed to be good for people with foot problems as very supportive. I used to wear fit flops but got rid of them and almost live in mine. However do get cold feet so will probably take something else to change into later. It won't be high heels! Well done Liam. Now watching
Rusty.

MrsVamos · 29/06/2015 15:10

The80s

Grin I don't know. I did used to wear small heels and boots pre-dc, but I just can't anymore.

I have really skinny feet so buying shoes that don't rub is hard.

Anything new rubs my heels raw, and like you say, its uncomfortable. I feel like a toddler tottering about. Grin

Sensible cons, bikes and merrells for me.

The80sweregreat · 29/06/2015 15:11

Raagh, when was this? Tim hit someone?.. Dont remember that

GinandJag · 29/06/2015 15:11

Broady is guaranteed £47k - that must be nice.

MrsVamos · 29/06/2015 15:11

Ffs. I meant nikes, obviously.

OP posts:
MrsVamos · 29/06/2015 15:13

Although, cons can be bad too cos they are so thin-soled.

Days walking and my feet really hurt.

OP posts:
Raahh · 29/06/2015 15:13

the80s I have a theory that Djokovic let Murray win in 2013, because he was sick of hearing the 77 years since a Brit won thing...Grin

Murray hasn't beaten him since. Wink

The80sweregreat · 29/06/2015 15:13

Hmm, i could do with 47 k or a lotto win .. Wheres me racket?
