Why won't Gary just sat he loves her?
How come Miranda is looking so glam - not like her usual character?

I just think Gary came across really poorly. By the end of the episode, I didn't want Miranda to marry him. The characters just seemed hyper but not funny. Hoping for something better on New Years Day.

Can't really watch Tom Ellis in the same way since he cheated on Tamzin. That's just the truth - so maybe Miranda had to end.

Watched this on catchup last night found it uncomfortable - Gary v manipulative and head fucky. She should defo ltb!!

Wow the ending just made DH and me burst into tears! It should have been very cheesy but it was so unexpected and genuine.

I thought the episode was a vast improvement on the previous one. Neither were as good as some classic ones but it did have some good moments. We wondered if it was going to leave us hanging rather than tying up the loose ends but it felt right somehow.

I watched. The first 15 minutes I was a bit but it picked up a bit at the end from the horse onwards.
I read somewhere that there were tears for real at the end.

Good call to end it there IMO.

Weirdly my Jim'll Fix It wish was to ride the horse that was in the opening credits of Black Beauty so that music as a bit of a tear jerker for me.

Loved it, much better than last weeks. We really liked the touches added in from the series great ending.

Just to clarify the bit that made us cry was her piece to camera, not the plot which was cheesy in the extreme. You could see that she was pretty tearful and I would think that was genuine.

I was at the filming of the psychiatrist episode and it was filmed almost entirely as shown, just a few retakes. Such fun!

In the last bit to camera she seemed really genuine.

When she was filming the last episode she tweeted that she felt really emotional, so I'm sure it was genuine.
It was a great ending and I think the right thing to do no more. These episodes weren't as funny, it had run its course.

We loved it here. 12y dd loves Miranda - she's sad it ended but loved the last episode today.
