because they didn't last year, or the year before. And for once, I think Pugsy has got totally the right song (am biased because it's my favourite, and i think it will suit him). His second song, however, I am less happy with. Hmm

Here are the songs-

Andrea Faustini
O Holy Night by Mariah Carey
Wrecking Ball by Miley Cyrus

Lauren Platt
Stay Another Day by East 17/Girls Aloud
Story Of My Life by One Direction

Ben Haenow
Please Come Home For Christmas by The Eagles
Hallelujah by Leonard Cohen

Fleur East
All I Want For Christmas by Mariah Carey
Uptown Funk by Bruno Mars & Mark Ronson

'Stay another day' for lamenting Lozza is inspired- dirgy enough to slow it down to snail's pace, and lots of puffa jackets, 80's fashions for the dancers/ choir.

I'm not sure about Ben's at all- but at least they haven't attributed 'Hallelujah ' to Burke.com. I like the Eagles- but there are so many great Christmas songs to choose from...

Fleur has Mariah- not really her style. And the Mark Ronson track is very new, so the audience might not know it. It is ok, though.

Ohh it's getting exciting. wonder what Louis will be saying, now he doens't have an act, and doesn't care?

See y'all later. Xmas Grin

I also saw the original Sinister Mickey Bubbles album advert this week, the shitting in a box one
Back when all this was fields.

Raahh · 06/12/2014 19:13

Aww, the memories. Grin I was listening to the Mickey Bubbles Christmas album, this afternoon. It's DD1's favourite bizarrely.

I need a drink- but we have none, as I am having a couple of weeks off booze before Christmas. I'm regretting that decision, enormously.

I remember Brian Harvey's unfeasibly tall hat.

LineRunner · 06/12/2014 19:14

I held out drink-wise till 7pm.

Raahh · 06/12/2014 19:19

I have wine tonight. I went to the new M&S round the corner from my house and the teenage cashier had absolutely no problems believing that I am ancient and decrepit.

I have tea and chocolate coins.
His hat was batshit. He looked like Mr Tumble dressed as Dr Seuss.

CalamitouslyWrong · 06/12/2014 19:55

The new M&S (it's just a food one) is a very dangerous thing. It takes about 5 minutes at most to walk there and it is a sea of overpriced but delicious things for lazy people. But at least they'll sell me some wine.

CalamitouslyWrong · 06/12/2014 19:56

Arf @ Mr tumble dressed as Dr Seuss.

Frozenchipsareawful · 06/12/2014 19:57

I make a joke at the self service bit when buying wine 'I wish i was underage!' They never laugh. Just give me a sad look.. Raahh, thanks for the flowers!

Raahh · 06/12/2014 19:59

Right- I am ready for this.

I want Pugsy to be wearing a Christmas jumper, featuring a pug in a Santa hat. Anything less- i will be disappointed.

That's the biggest sign of ageing there is: making jovial comments to shop staff

TheFairyCaravan · 06/12/2014 20:01

Nearly missed the beginning was engrossed in Farm Hero

Frozenchipsareawful · 06/12/2014 20:01

Maybe Si will be Joseph and Chezza Mary?

CalamitouslyWrong · 06/12/2014 20:02

Eurgh at sexy santa dancers. They should have dressed as comedy elves (with plenty of clothing).

Frozenchipsareawful · 06/12/2014 20:02

I know, i do try to engage but they dont bite. Or find me funny.

RudolphUcker · 06/12/2014 20:03

Urgh at staged high fives

MerryMo · 06/12/2014 20:03

Oh dear Chezza has ripped her dress

SirNoel · 06/12/2014 20:03

AWholeLottaNosy · 06/12/2014 20:03

Hi all! Looking forward to this. Drinking Prosecco and eating cheese on toast. Life doesn't get much better than this really does it..? Grin

CalamitouslyWrong · 06/12/2014 20:04

Both chezza and mel are all about breasts tonight then.

BOFster · 06/12/2014 20:04
