I felt sorry for them {sad person, I know}. They'd obviously been shot in their sleep by some gang.

I think that episode gave us to key to humanity winning the ZA - just herd them all to those shops with tent displays and zip them in. Job done!

Well I've just watched it and I thought it was brilliant! I thought it was a lovely chance for Daryl and Carol to spend some quality time together.

She still didn't know if she'd have gone off without him though when he found her by that car. I don't think she would have done, watching her cry after Rick sent her away. I think she's glad to be back with Daryl. That little bit about her telling him how they'd both changed, and they're both trying to adapt from their former selves, bonded them just that little bit more.

The look on Daryl's face as he drove off with Noah. He lost Beth and now he's lost Carol. That man will do anything to get his wimmin back now. He is going to kick some arse and I cannot wait!

She won't die...at least not anytime soon. Unless they have something fishy planned. Because she was filming quite late.

Also I think at this point Daryl loves Carol more than she loves him, which is an interesting change. Or cares for her well being more, or something.

Carol does seem cold, but only when she's with others. When she's alone she breaks down. (Like when she screamed at the walker to go away.) Her whole life now seems to be trying to save others because she couldn't save Sophia or Lizzie and Mika.

Daryl and Carol are really well suited, they can both hold their own, but are emotionally damaged and vulnerable people. Why she didn't jump him on the bottom bunk I will never know

If a zombie can rip a person to shreds with their teeth, why is a thin piece of nylon tent such a problem?

There was no sexual tension at all

Nothing a really long shower, (some L'oreal on Darryl's hair) and possibly a bit of delousing wouldn't sort out
They must smell pretty rank from all the constant zombie guts, which can't be helping the romantic element much.

I agree that there is no sexual tension between Daryl and Carol in fact I think (whispers) Daryl may be gay.

Anyhoo Norman Reedus has a new film coming out - check it out here. Looks good. Maybe there'll be tree sex in this?!

Actually for the first time I did feel sexual tension between the characters. When they were both on the bunk bed there was a 'moment'.
I love the way they work so well together- they go around patrolling without a word passing bags and weapons back and forth. It was so different from Beth and her incessant prattle.

There's a lot of talk on forums that this episode was Carol's swan song, that by saving Noah she had re-found her compassion and it was the end of her story arc.
I really hope it's untrue. I don't know if I could cope with Carol dying to save Beth or something equally pathetic and heroic.

Hellooo... I could have sworn I'd commented on this thread before, but given that it's not on my 'Threads I'm on list', Ive realised I may have just been lurking all along....

I LOVED that episode. I love Carryl, and love that we had a bit of good old fashioned zombie action.

I laughed out loud when the walker fell head first onto the van windscreen.. splat! And I liked the zombies in sleepings bags. I too wondered how they hell they turned in a tent, but the shooting theory works.

I didn't see any sexual tension (but I did spot the tank, yay me!), I think they just really 'get' each other.

I think it was Darryl's 'survivors of child abuse book'

One thing I love about him is that he's so non-judgemental now. He just accepts what people have done and moves on.

I was shocked at Carol's bit at the end. I assumed she'd Trojan-Horsed herself into the hospital, but apparently not.

I loved the comment from Darryl "What do we need to get in there?, Noah "Guns and people"... Darryl "We've got both" or something.. yaaaay, bring on the cavalry.

If Beth lives and Carol dies I'll be REALLY pissed off.

Oh and, AND Darryl needs a bloody good haircut.

If Carol apparently has access to scissors, then Darryl has no excuse.

I thought similar about the mother and child - if they were just locked in a room together and one zombified they'd have eaten the other. So they must have died pretty much together

Also showed is how carol got clean again after termites. I remarked how clean she was afterwards

Bit puzzled why they turned van over bridge. Surely would be more injured then that. Did love the banging as Zomblies jumped off bridge as well :)

Think carol was hit by accident by car but also if she had spinal injuries they didn't use a neck collar and just heaved her onto strecher !!!!!!!!!

All in all an amazing episode :) :) :)

Did the van fall not bother anyone, it should not have landed on its wheels but it's roof. Completely unrealistic whereas the rest of the episode.......

I keep saying that!! He sometimes retrieves an arrow, and often doesn't / can't if he's in a mass zombie situation.. so how the hell does he still have any?

Always used to make me squirm when he used the same arrows for catching deer or squirrels... eeewww..surely that would result in... TAINTED MEAT! haha!
