oh yes !! In my defence I was told to wear the smaller clothes on camera and NO make up.As sarah says it is very manufactured Tv.Lisa was told more than Mica what to say and quickly forgot it too..

Oh I guessed as much - nothing like a dramatic 'after' shot!! But you did still look great and I can only wish to be a size 14...so be happy for that anyway!

just glad for my kids that it wasn't embarrasing as all my colleagues had told their classes to watch the show.We are all at the same school! my son is now a hero in his class and all the girls are chasing him at 8yrs old!! blush

Hi Fi!

My mum told me all about you, I can't wait to see you on the big (ish) screen!

And thanks to everyone for all your lovely words, I have just read them all out to my mum and she was very ver touched.

Also Sophie, you are right about the make-up, she still rarely wears more than a bit of lipstick, occasionally mascara but she still looks great.

Fi, you looked fantastic and came across, as did littlesarah's mum, as a lovely genuine person. I am so pleased you are a fellow mumsnetter
