Clementine potatoes!? Was that really fruity potato or was it just a clementine sorbet as part of a main dish? Sounds really unpleasant!

DH says Greg is the exec producer e.g. the one with the cash backing the show so I doubt we will be rid of him...

It was potato formed into a ball with orange good colouring in it, I think. Clearly cutting edge.

The dubbing reminded me of Eurotrash and was really funny. I kept expecting Jean Paul Gaultier to pop up.
Jack's food was the only one that looked appetising but deconstructed food is not as tasty looking as real food and foody foam is yucky looking.
Why have a large wadge of aubergine slices rather than a real moussaka with the blend of flavours?

I'm only going to catch the second half of the final because of the whole marvel's agents of shield clash. Although, that should be the exciting bit. No?

Looking forward to the final night. I think Ping is a great cook but also might have an advantage because Greg/john don't actually know what her food should taste like. If someone makes a beef Wellington they might that it tasted great, but wasn't actually a Wellington. However with Ping they've never heard of many of the dishes, never mind know what's cooked is authentic, a clever interpretation or completely different.

Not sure what I've said actually matters if her food tastes and looks great which it does.

I think John has though.
He's Australian and his cooking is very Asian inspired.
