I think my French teacher would probably hold her head in her hads if she read that. Possibly some Guernesiaise has slipped in too.

I've just used google translate to check whether 'cul' was used in French, which it is. Then I absent-mindedly typed in 'baise' which I've always known as 'kiss'. It's translated it as 'fuck'.

Which means 'baise mon cul' has a MUCH ruder translation than I realised. Probably a phrase I'll use less freely future.

What I want to know is if the sweet little old man who taught me that phrase knew of it's alternative translation. I suspect he'd be horrified if he found out.

Apparently it's changed meaning. While it used to mean to kiss, now it means to fuck 99% of the time. Although it depends on context. Safer to use a different verb I think.

Something to add to my not inconsiderable knowledge of French slang/swearwords, I think.
