Sayeed now has the death of Shannon fuelling him. He made that clear in his conversation with Analucia. Jack is a man with too much responsibility thrown on him. Yes he assumed much of it, but the others are also glad of that and piling on more of it. John is pressuring him because he wants the power. Why they can't just work in tandem as they always have? And now they have the "other" playing with their minds... I mean did you see him last night. Still Analucia and Sayeed seem to have the measure of what's going on with Jack and John.
