This pro dance is fun

Will do It rings mega bells so am sure it was a cracker (the pro dances do tend to pass me by a bit!)

Good Golly Miss Molly - that just shows how utterly SHITE these dances have become. It also highlights, to me anyway, how some of the pros have sort of lost their razzmatazz! Brendan was a-may-zing just then - he's a shadow of that now! I miss so many of those dancers

Even Bruce looked in much better form

I saw a link through to an Alesha and Matthew Salsa and couldn't resist.. This was why she won - just pure class! And Matthews choreography - just incredible. Has made me realise, no one has excited me to that extent for some time..

Jawdropping! Although also helps it's danced to Michael Jackson - how could you not get into the groove

I really fancy Matthew Cutler

He is gorgeous Fush.

It's all gone to 'stage' dancing rather than 'demo-style ballroom'. Look at for example - heavily themed, but still proper dancing.

Can't we have that back?!

(Also, I still miss Darren and Lilia.)

Also never really recovered from the loss of Matthew Cutler.

Even the camera work is better on the rebel dance. You actual see full views and footwork.

Thanks for those links, they really are great dances. The only pro dance that I liked this year was the Ballroom Blitz in Blackpool, and I agree Anton and Ivetta were also good.

What I enjoyed most in those links was seeing Ian Waite in action. I started watching Strictly after he left, so great to see him standing out in my eyes in that jive.

Yay! We're Bruce-less and it's quarter-finals night. Thought Bruce would definitely try to be at the 'important' nights. Must mean he's not going to do the series next year - Thank God.

Tess looks like an aubergine with its top sliced off. And Claudia? Like a cardinal - but with better eye make-up.

Claudia dress looked badly fitted.and was that jump Ashley just did meant to decapitate ola.

I hate the way Natalie jiggles around at the beginning...... In fact there isn't much I like about her!!!!
