So, Natalie's through to next week and we'll see who's going to be joining her in the Tower Ballroom So much nicer than Wembley.

She seems to have done this week peppa
Tonight feels a bit flat after Blackpool.

Darcy is such a shit judge

I disagree, I like Darcey. She's a bit of a bore with her very standard statements, but at least she know what she's talking about.

I think darcey gives gravitas to strictly. Unlike alesha. I wasn't that impressed by anyone tonight.

What do you think of Darcey as a judge Polka - given that she's a trained ballerina, not a ballroom or Latin expert?

Not watched Breakfast TV but really enjoyed Susanna's Cha Cha. She was better than I expected.
Disappointed in Patrick's Waltz mainly because he looked as if he was terrified.
Liked Sophie's sweet and innocent Jomeo and Juliette style Rumba with lovely lines.
Natalie did a very good Tango as I expected her to do.
Ben's dancing is boring me now as always the same but did do quite a few steps in the middle and then back to the lifts.

Ashley did a nice Foxtrot and Abbey was good.

I just came on to ask if anyone else thought Ola looked pregnant and saw ciderbomb beat me to it! Her norks looked massive and her stomach was pronounced for a tiny thing like her

More realistic judging of Suzanne I thought. And that's good cos I was beginning to think she was the judges favourite whatever she did.

Sophie danced beautifully - but yes she could stretch herself and give a bit more passion .. and forget the husband a moment. Look forward to that.

Natalie - is a natural ..loved that dance.

Rainbowdaydreams - have thought that something's not quite the same with Olga the whole series? Maybe that's it.

Mark looked exhausted and ill to me, I was worried about him. Craig looks as if he needs his botox and fillers in his face or he was in pain.

Remember Abbey did the paso. It was quite good but needed more fire and attack.

Did anyone else think the music was utterly bizarre for Abbey and Alijaz's paso? You've Got the Love? I was completely perplexed. Where's the drama, passion and anger in that?

Youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu got the love! That's quite a passionate line.

Next week - Ben and Kristina dance the tango to The Hokey Cokey. In, out, in, out shake it all about.

A bit underwhelming this week, I think! Mark was my clear favourite although also liked Sophie & Ashley. Did not like Natalie or Abby but provably due to the music doing nothing to set the scene and also disliked Susanna.

Bottom two no idea tbf. Hopefully Mark safe so perhaps Ben (unlikely!) and, oh I don't know, Susanna? Wishful thinking on both of those I think?

Best thing about tonight was the ballroom gowns!

I think Mark has had enough. Although he is likeable and entertaining, and he has improved, I don't get that his dances are final -worthy.

I could definately tell Mark had lost weight this week, but yes he looked drained to me.

The strictly dresses are becoming more modest. It's rather nice.

Sorry, was watching Doctor Who. I like Darcey, but think sometimes she doesn't know enough about ballroom and Latin to say the comments she does if that makes sense. She's got the odd thing completely wrong, so I think she's probably better sticking to more general things.

She knows enough about feeling and control of the body (using your centre so you don't wobble, extending armlines etc.) that she's be better talking about that and leaving the technique stuff she doesn't know to Len (not that he always mentions it though ).

I watched on delay tonight, so I'm just catching up with the thread.

I thought the marking was a bit fairer, though I can't see why they marked Mark higher than Ben. I agree Ben isn't great, from an artistic/lightonhisfeet type of way, but he is better than Mark, I think.

I like Sophie and Brendan I think it's so tough that she is effectively being marked on her acting ability, not on her dancing.

Please don't let Anton take over from Bruce.

Maybe Vincent going into the Jungle is signifying that he would like to present

And I just don't get the Patrick love I think Ashley is better than Patrick, but the girls (Sophie, Susannah, Natalie, Abbey) are all better.
