So, Natalie's through to next week and we'll see who's going to be joining her in the Tower Ballroom So much nicer than Wembley.

When the pros start commenting on being over-marked, you have to wonder what's going on. Talk about devaluing the '10' for the rest of the series ... I'd feel dissatisfied with that, particularly when they're making mistakes that even us novices can see. Hmmm .... not good.

Pasha is lovely but wish he'd ditch the dodgy haircuts - am sure it looked better when he first started the show.

Kevin ... now he's a strange one. Looks quite masculine and attractive on the dance floor (apart from in the over/hyper-active Latin numbers) and quite swoonsome and romantic during the ballroom dances ... and yet comes across as a very young, albeit sincere, geeky, nerd type when interviewed.

Agree about the overmarking Snowstorm I wonder if they've been told on twitter? (I'm not on it at all but I can see it has it's uses)

Kevin is a good actor and is a young Harry Potter type sweet . (too young for Suze IMO).

I feel a bit sorry for Aljaž. Poor thing, any other year and he'd have everyone swooning over him (new, good looking and only twenty three), but this year he's being ignored in favour of Kevin from Grimsby

Kevin is lovely, he seems a lot more relaxed than some of the others.

Cloud, yes I did and you're right; he was excellent on those. I dunno, I think I fear that the Strictly producers might make him really camp it up
at the expense of his natural warmth and relaxedness. He is terrific with interviewees/contestants and very likeable.

It IS interesting that the pros are saying they were overmarked. Surely enough is enough when it's got to that point?

I have a serious new crush on Kevin. He has a great awareness of the more ridiculous aspects of being a dancer and a fab sense of humour. Loved ITT when he did a pretend strop-off but couldn't open the doors

My favourite Tess moment was when she was interviewing Anton after his paso with Nancy (?)and she asked her about Anton being the cape. Anton said to her 'it's the woman who's the cape. How many years having you been doing this?' In a jokey manner. . Tess did not laugh.

I'm not too keen on her, the constant fidgeting is annoying. I cut her some slack because a. She's married to sex text pest Vern and b. she has to pretend Bruce is hysterical.

Graham and Claudia would be perfect.

I always feel sorry for Tess when she's with Bruce, but when it's just her and Claude doing the show, it's like they forced her to do the exact same terrible jokes Bruce would have told that week if he had been there and then I really can't stand her.

Just joining this thread to say I laughed all the way through Wednesday's "Pasha Love" sketch, and am also developing a crush on Kevin from Grimsby .

Yes I agree Andi IMO Tess lacks intelligence she's like an automoton, her dress sense shows it (i don't like sounding beatchy) yeah give me Claud and or Zoe any day, maybe graham norton but I can't warm to him.

I think Jeanette was annoying by association with Julian this year. I'm willing to give her another chance. Plus she's dated Pasha, artem and alijaz so she must be doing something right. lucky cow

I was too busy trying not to miss the few glimpses of him in the short shorts to even see what he was doing.

I do remember Christina saying he might be dancing in shorts on Saturday. I also like a muscly calf to complete the aesthetic picture..

Part of me also wishes the BBC would have the courage to have two women present; I find Tess less annoying when she's with Claudia.

I can't stand the was Bruce speaks to Tess, on CHildren in Need when he suddenly felt the need to tell her not to lean as heavily, wtf! Ever since Private Eye referred to Tess as Bruce's 'human zimmer frame' I can't help but feel slightly sympathetic towards her!

Digerd she has one name; Oh god she used to wear an eye patch (obviously she doesn't like one of her eyes ) I can't remember her name.

clayhead She's alright when she's actually standing next to Claud but when she's in BF's place on her own she doesn't seem able to cope very well.

Oh i forgot does anyone remember yesterday's STT? Ashley and Ola saying they were 'told' by the producers to wear cowboy outfits for their paso. So someone is staging it of course and not listening to the performers perhaps?

Gabrielle has a lazy eye so has always covered it up when performing, either by hair or eye patch. It's her trademark now

Ola was right, it's unfair of the judges to make nasty comments on the styling if the dancers are told what to do by producers. My betting is they've got some theatre-director-wanabee in charge of that sort of thing trying to make a "creative name" for themselves

I reckon they've got a very young theatre\director wanabee trying to make a name for themselves you're right;shame the name is not a good one . A lot of the staging is fairly crap TBH.

I had assumed that the prof partner chose the music with the approval of the producer. The Paso is a spanish dance .

digerd I think the producers give the professional dancers a list of songs that they have to choose from. Not the best way to deal with it IMHO!

Wasn't it also Ashley who was criticised for not pointing his feet properly in the jive and ola said he couldn't because the shoes he was made to wear wouldn't allow him to?
