... Ray and Neela?

They make a cute but unlikely couple IMO.

Yup Patrick is meant to do good things... not seeing it myself. Hugh Laurie has aged well - he's grown into his face more! Lovely blue eyes (which they seem to try and emphasise with lots of blue tops)

Dempsey is a much, much better stage actor than he is in any moving picture setting. He should stick to plays, he's very good at them.

Marina · 05/05/2006 15:26

And Ellen Smirky Pompeo should hop back off to waitressing. She's terrible.

tracyk · 05/05/2006 15:31

I loooove House - but don't quite get Lawrie as being fanciable. Prefer his friend the cancer doctor - in an academic type of way.
Loved GA - mainly for Dempsey -mmmmmm yum yum!
What was the Oz doctor in House in before?

Marina · 05/05/2006 15:32

Neighbours tracy. And he was as whiny in that, come to think of it...

tracyk · 05/05/2006 15:40

What was he in Neighbours - I can't picture who he was.

Marina · 05/05/2006 15:50

Now there I can't help you. Was he Libby's brother?

tracyk · 05/05/2006 15:52

No Libbys bruv was dark haired - I'll have a surf and see what it says.

kipper22 · 05/05/2006 16:22

libby's OTHER younger brther, billy - best friends with toadfish.
love all this shows and carter (Blush) and ray by the way!

tracyk · 05/05/2006 16:36

I though there was something between Ray and Neela when they first started living together.
Second that thought re Abbey - John Carter is scrummy and Luca a close 2nd.

ER is great. I am ahead of you and have just watched a later episode about Darfur. Expatinscotland, it is filmed on location (something I too didn't know) and it is highlighting the genocide akin to Rwanda that is going on at the moment. Because of ER I now have some knowledge of the conflict in Darfur (before ER I'd never heard of the place, I don't read the papers much). The discussions that the characters have in ER are "real" discussions. They highlight the attorcities and also highlight western governments inaction. Today's Guardian carried an article about how ER and celebrities like George Clooney, Angelina Jolie and Don Cheadle and also various action groups are canvassing the American govenment who are taking note. You may be interested in this website \link{http://www.savedarfur.org/home\Darfur}. Just thought those of us who watch ER may be like minded and may want more information about the content.

spursmum · 05/05/2006 21:47

Don't get me started on ER! I'll be here all night!!Grin

expatinscotland · 06/05/2006 21:08

LOL! Angelina Jolie spent heaven knows how much to have chocolate covered peanuts flown in to her in Namibia.
