blackheads (big ones) in teenage ears

What to do with them? I have tried to explain ears need cleaning like all else, but they are there now how do I get rid of them? Have squeezed and boy they are deep. Does this mean the pore is 'open' forever now.

Get one of those blackhead remover also tools, film it, load it to YouTube.

The only thing I find that works with deep black heads in ears is an empty syringe. No needle obviously.
Take the plunger part out, line the hole up with the blackhead by looking down the end. Then gently push.
Horrible things happen. But it removes deep nasties as it's an even pressure.
I got a syringe for this purpose on eBay.

The syringe is a good tip, my 13 yr old has deep blackheads on nose. I have used cotton buds before, one either side.

Yes, the syringe..... as soon as I saw the title I came on to say this.

I didn't buy one especially for the purpose, just used one that was laying about for some previous medicinal purpose (so you don't need to go buy some special one).

Trick is to hold the syringe whilst pulled up on the suction for a bit, don't be too hasty.... if its deep it may take a few seconds before it pops up into the syringe. Love me a good syringing. My teens hate that I love it. I see one and I am there ready and waiting with my syringe and tissue.

Oh I had one right on my cheek bone that was really stubborn. I tried to do it myself, but no luck. Dd got to it with a bobby pin, but blimey it was a tad painful... maybe just as she had to push really hard, and it was right on the bone. She isn't a fan of syringing like I am clearly haha.

Oh I don't do it this way. I leave the plunger in, place the end hole over the blackhead, then pull the plunger up whilst holding it there, it creates the suction, and it just pops out.

Sometimes you have to nick the top of the blackhead with a pin , they come out easier that way.

The syringe idea sounds fab!
Can I clarify.....suck it up into syringe or push the plunger part down?

I don't do either, I find when I use the syringe the even pressure of pushing gently ensures the blackhead pops out and into the syringe.

I tried using the plunger to pull and create pressure, but the ones I tackled in my sons ears didn't yield as they were really huge and needed pressure.

The resulting plug filled the end of the syringe (yuck).

There is a special tool for removing black heads. Shaped like a sooon. My mum used to do mine with it. I think it's called a comesdone spoon.

I have one of the blackhead removal tools.....whatever they're called 😄 but it hurts like hell! I guess the syringe method isn't exactly comfortable!

Body Shop do the blackhead remover for £5 although it bloody hurts if you don't prep the area with a warm compress.

I used to get blackheads in my ears and after my mum got them she'd apply tea tree oil to the area with a cotton bud. Would clean the pore and close it up somewhat

Havent tried this but instead of buying a syringe, I have read that dismanteling a Biro and using the small plastic end to apply even pressure does the trick too!
