What does this teenage lingo mean?

Yesterday, after school, my daughter (17) was on FaceTime to her friend, and her friend kept saying how it was funny how my daughter 'whitied' (not sure about the spelling, sounds like whiteed) last weekend and my daughter laughed when she mentioned it. Last weekend they went to a party- so I assume it means she got drunk? I don't mind if she did, I'm just not used to teenage talk (I'm 47) so I don't know what the words mean.

If anyone can give me insight as to what this means then it'd be much appreciated Smile

Not a worry at all issuppose, no offence or anything taken. I do agree that some dealers will only sell ganjga, bot similarly others might not. Absolutely NO offence taken at all, seriously. xx

Whited to me means very sick.

I drank to much and I whitied everywhere.

I was so ill this week and I whitied everywhere.

That's always been what it means to me.

Just want to confess to never hearing this expression before so thanks OP, one to store away for future reference. I have a 16 yo and 18 yo so this kind of thing is always useful.

Tequilamockinbird · 11/03/2017 18:56

Just asked my DD (19) and she says it means being sick after too much to drink.

gingeristhenewblack43 · 11/03/2017 18:59

North east here and a whitey is used to describe feeling ill after doing anything to excess, such as worked too hard at the gym and threw a whitey, or heavy night on the booze and whitied

Endmoor1405 · 11/03/2017 19:07

I've heard it here (Yorkshire) in reference to mainly weed when I was younger. Since then I've also heard it referring to drink and also when you do other stuff that might make you sick- excessive exercise, hangover, shock etc. Weed would be my first thought but it can be applied to many other things too.

Prole · 11/03/2017 20:10

Never known the word to mean anything other than describing the effects of weed.

A whitey is very similar to the effects of gas and air/nitrous oxide if that helps to give it some context.

mummytobemaybe · 19/03/2017 18:28

Means smoking too much weed and getting ill. A bit like a hangover. I'm from south east England

user1486499646 · 19/03/2017 18:32

Smoking to much weeed

flumpsnshit · 19/03/2017 19:04

Whitey is a term we used back in the late 90's when a newbie smoked too much weed/resin and went white sometimes throwing up - dude you threw a whitey !

Pollyanna9 · 19/03/2017 19:25

Be good to know what the OP has done, how things have gone with her conversations with DC... just for our own use in the future!!!

Hope it's gone well for OP anyway.

Northernsoul58 · 20/03/2017 17:00

Damn, after reading this, all I can think of now is:
'And her face at first just ghostly,
Turned a whiter shade of pale.'
Nothing new under the sun eh.

BitOutOfPractice · 20/03/2017 17:15

I've asked my teens and they say it's weed too. Tricky one for you op

Ironwoman123 · 21/03/2017 17:53
