Mine isn't too bad, but just wondering what others are willing to do with their parents. Mine will shop with me (probably as she'll get something and cake in a café), camping (loves it), bowling and the odd game at home.

DD is 13y and will come out and pretty much do most things with me and/or her dad. She is generally good fun to be with.

It is not often she wouldn't be happy too.

She loves to spend time with friends too, but likes a good mix of stuff tbh.

Nothing.
Maybe sit next to me in the car whilst I taxi him somewhere to meet friends.

I'm too embarrassing to even have friends in the car these days. I do try Grin

Grin I had a completely silent 25 minute journey the other week. DS1 didn't even speak to his friend. They were chatting away as they walked to the car. Confused

Not much Grin.

DS is 14 - he allows me to drive him around - although like others he doesn't like me speaking to his friends. He hates shopping, even when I offer to buy him something.

I researched a really nice restaurant near us and suggested we went there with Tesco tokens his reply was very luke warm and I could see him thinking 'I don't want to be seen in public with mum' Sad.

He and DH are off on their own for a week's holiday - saves arguments.

Sometimes we go to an outdoor swimming pool but only if he can find a mate to bring and they don't speak to me all day.
