What kind of watch have you got?

Haven't worn one in years but fancy getting one, need some inspiration really

BDSM - Parsifal is the one I had. Strap was dodgy, didn't get round to fixing it, put it in a drawer (somewhere ) so I didn't lose it....never saw it again. I've moved house twice since!

Rose gold ladies tag( currently being serviced) so bought an ice watch( clear strap bright blue face). Loving it so far. Would love a vintage Cartier tank.

Cartier Tank - Stainless steel / gold.
Ebel - Dark face with diamonds
Gucci - Silver and diamonds
DH can never understand how I can be wearing thousands of pounds worth of accessories - watch, jewellery , bag etc - yet the clothes are charity shop, primark, high street etc and total about £30!
But as I say it's not what you wear but the way that you wear it!

Fallatio (great name btw) that's awful! They're so lovely... Mine needs a new battery but it's the full "send it back to Switzerland" treatment so it'll have to wait until I get paid

I've had to do that with both mine. Ridiculous state of affairs. It's gone for weeks and costs a silly amount of money. Sent mine to a good watch servicer last time, who just said that the makers would no longer guarantee it as watertight if they didn't do it themselves, and was much quicker and cheaper, and still watertight.

I've got a Paul Smith men's watch the DH bought me one year. It's got an engraving of a bull on the back and a maroon face. I can't find any pics of it though but I love it.

DH bought me a Chanel J12 for my 25th birthday; it's beautiful and really worth the money.

I have a chopard happy diamonds watch with a pale blue strap and a vintage rose gold one .My dh bought it for my birthday in asia only to be told that this was a starter model in hk and next time he could buy the grown-up one!I have to say i have always wanted a happy diamond watch[as i love diamonds] and it seems to be the only watch that is not faked in asia.

I want a watch for my 40th this year. This is what I am hoping for.

swatch, with one of those 'second skin' straps. I think it's called second skin. It's all soft and so light you can't feel it.

I haven't worn one in years either - usually use my phone, but before that I was given a frightfully swish Tissot watch by the Sultan of Brunei's niece.

Actually it was rather hideous. Mucho mother-of-pearl.

DH and I bought ourselves matching Tag Heuer watches for Christmas....I wear an Animal watch normally for work

Really weird though though in that I've had this watch nearly 2 years and yet only in the last few weeks so many people have admired it

arrgghh.!! my eyes, need to hide thread as addicted to watches I wear my ebel everyday - white face with diamonds in place of the numbers. Also have 2 x longine and an assortment of other cheap watches, givenchy etc
