I've gone right off Boden lately. What else might I like?

The White Stuff.

GeorginaWorsley · 14/01/2010 14:39

White Stuff here too.
Also Kew,some Fat Face,Great Plains.

LastTrainToLapland · 14/01/2010 15:09

I've gone off Boden too, especially with the very hideous prints this season.

Still a fan of White Stuff, Kew and Phase Eight. Next only for "staples" i.e. crew neck tees and vests. I love Warehouse dresses though I do have to try them on in the shop so don't buy online. There was also a fab Nordic site linked on another thread that I was very impressed with...will try and find the link again.

LastTrainToLapland · 14/01/2010 15:23

linkie

LaurieFairyCake · 14/01/2010 15:28

I've just had 5 cardigans delivered from John Lewis today - 3 were Phase Eight, one was Kaliko, one was something else.

I've bought loads from Phase Eight recently.

Betty Barclay at Debenhams have some quite nice stuff too - you can browse online.

Whippet · 14/01/2010 15:32

Part II, Great Plains, Crew, White Stuff, Kew

and just browse the department stores - Debenhams sometimes has some nice stuff in John Rocha etc.

DarrellRivers · 14/01/2010 15:32

I couldn't find a thing to desire in Boden spring catalogue
I lie, one pair of shoes, which doesn't count
Don't normally like lots, but just a few things

LastTrainToLapland · 14/01/2010 15:38

Talking of Debenhams, I'm quite impressed by their Mandaray range. I think it's a new range, but can't be sure

OmniDroid · 14/01/2010 15:55

Great Plains, White Stuff and some Joe Browns for casual stuff. Hobbs when I want to be smart for work. Some Phase Eight, but it tends to be a bit frilly for me.

Bobbiewickham · 14/01/2010 16:00

Whistles.

Gap good at mo.

Erm...struggling now...

purplepeony · 14/01/2010 19:18

Joules

NomDePlume · 14/01/2010 19:36

only trouble with Joe Browns is the fabrics are horrid. Lots and lots of acrylic

SeeYouAtDartsDarling · 14/01/2010 19:44

I had a catalog plop through the door for Wrap today. I've only had a quick flick through but it looks quite nice.

hana · 14/01/2010 19:44

got loads in the white stuff sale
kew skirts good
gap for basics

gct · 14/01/2010 20:20

Wrap is lovely but expensive! I got a lovely jersey dress in their current sale but delivery took ages and their p&p is steep compared to other online retailers £4.95 (no free returns during the sale either). AND the box was torn and wet when it did finally arrive. Would definitely make me think twice about ordering from them again especially if only buying one item.

Moneyspider · 14/01/2010 20:41

Wot they said...plus
mint velvet

mistral

SixtyFootDoll · 14/01/2010 20:53

Ooh like the mint velvet site, thanks!

Cadelaide · 14/01/2010 22:40

Oh this is fab, thanks all.

Agree about Joe Browns, I ordered a lovely-looking coat and when it turned up it was rather hideous.

massivepants · 14/01/2010 22:43

Phase Eight-I have had loads of sucess with phase eight lately and some with Esprit.
Mint Velvet looks nice too- might check that out a bit more tomorrow!

MMBuddy · 14/01/2010 22:48

NomDePlume · 15/01/2010 10:33

i like mint velvet. they sell through house of fraser. didn;t know they had their own site too

ScrummyBunnies · 16/01/2010 20:02

White Stuff for me too!! - it is all sooooo lovely.

BTW - was wondering if anyone knows of the new code for £10 off a £30 spend at Boden???? - love the girls clothes for my two little ones.
Please help

SueW · 19/01/2010 09:22

Crikey, that mint velvet - is it for people who don't like any colour in their life?

madcapmyrtle · 19/01/2010 14:31

Another vote for Phase Eight - I bought some lovely jersey dresses in the sale, and bought some gorgeous tops and knitwear last autumn. Have also gone off Boden, although the swimsuit I bought last summer was a great buy.
