would it not get in your eyes?

Very stylish though.

CybilWrites · 27/10/2009 08:19

I want it to get in my eyes to hide the deeply etched wrinkles on my forehead

My hair goes straight the day after washing, but I reckon that style could be worn wavy with a thick fringe

I love it and if you can live with it falling that way so close to your eyes then I say go for it. It's such a long fringe that it would probably take only a few weeks to grow out if you hate it.

Speaking of which, I must resurrect my "should I have a fringe" thread as I am bottling out a bit again, and I have my appointment next week.

CybilWrites · 27/10/2009 08:29

I've just dyed my hair that colour...so I feel I must be channelling Lily on some level

me too

i was looking at pics of chrissie hynde yesterday and realised everyone looks like her now.

although i've spent aaaages going from red to blonde - if i went dark now everyone would reckon i'd gone into witness protection or something

CybilWrites · 27/10/2009 11:26

Yes Chrissie Hynde always looks dead cool.

I like it too and am considering a restyle...

cornsilk · 27/10/2009 11:31

Although my hair isn't that colour and I am about 70 years older than her.

cornsilk · 27/10/2009 11:31

lol korma we'll all be asking for a Lily!

CybilWrites · 27/10/2009 11:32

It's nice. Do you have dark hair like Lily? I love her dark shiney hair.

(Don't accidentally show the hairdresser the Robert Plant photo by mistake )

Pluginbaby · 27/10/2009 11:34

Me too, was thinking exactly the same thing this morning and have hair appoint booked for thursday so a real possibility

MenWhoStareAtMe · 27/10/2009 11:35

make sure you have a good hairdresser and are prepared to commit to hairdrying or else you might end up like this

CybilWrites · 27/10/2009 11:35

Spooky have just dyed hair darker, and has miraculously gorn shinier too. But I think even on a wavy day that style could work

OP posts:
CybilWrites · 27/10/2009 11:36

Menwho, omg can you imagine?

OP posts:
MenWhoStareAtMe · 27/10/2009 11:37

yes i can!

OP posts:
Pluginbaby · 27/10/2009 11:38

MenWhoStareAtMe · 27/10/2009 11:39

MenWhoStareAtMe · 27/10/2009 11:40
