so, have lost a lot of weight i am v. proud of myself. what made it doubly bloody brilliant tonight... DD (16) asked if she could wear something i bought from joe browns as she is mtg up with some friends in Brighton tomoz.

i am pleased as punch. she was parading round in something i bought and trying out different shoes and jeans and i was ded chuffed.

i suppose there is no comment needed but i am dd chuffed

she did say " i bet you are gonna put htis on MN"

Fabulous stuff custardo, well done! That is a real achievement. Bet you look fab and your health will have improved vastly too. You deserve to be super proud of yourself. And no doubt you are now in need of some new clothes in a smaller size. The perfect excuse to shop !

moondog · 09/10/2009 22:33

No, don't go pounds under. Stay at a weight you can sustain.Factor in some exercise. It really helps in every way.

brimfull · 09/10/2009 22:38

yes

keep up with exercise-muscle building ones I found the most beneficial from a weight point of view

and keep an eye on your weight

i ignored and regret it

Do more than that to tone up. Swimming, aerobics. Don;'t laugh but running is the best thing ever.

jasper · 09/10/2009 22:51

very impressive. Enjoy your achievement

Tortington · 09/10/2009 22:55

ty ty i go swimming occasionally too - in fact in my youth i as a highly excellent swimmer and i miss the water so much. i have a fear of going on my own - it;s silly and i o with my SIL. but i know i should go on my own and just do he lengths instead of messing around with kids

Custardo- You must feel fantastic

What is a normal day's menu please?

Tortington · 09/10/2009 23:05

today i ate 2 pieces of fish cooked with butter and lemon and pepper with salad.

that;s all

i only eat one meal a day. if i pget peckish i hate ice pops - sugsr free.

yeaster day i had pieces froma ready cooked cicken from tesco. it was shit though.

the day before i ate 2 chicekn breats. with mushrooms ans onion fired in olice oil. put on top of chicken breasts then covered with slices of cheese -so it would melt.

i totally understand that one meal a day is pants - however - i had so much weight to lose and i totally homestly and utterly don;t feel hungry.promise

OP posts:
Tortington · 09/10/2009 23:05
