Just received my Mini Boden order and all the things are totally gorgeous!

I used to be a GapKids affectionado but I am seriously thinking about ditching them in aide of a shop that does offer online shopping in UK.

Infact, after the wonderful dress rave and now this one, I am worried that I am becoming a serial boden-addict.

Yes, Boden is expensive, but the stuff does seem to outlast cheaper alternatives. I very rarely buy outside the sale, only when I have a good offer code. And I buy big. Most things will last dd two years so then I feel I can justify the cost

You can't get GAP online can you? And our nearest shop is miles away, so I tend to overlook GAP for the dc.

Another mini-Boden fan here too. I have found that although their stuff is expensive it is good quality. DS1 tends to get the new stuff and DS2 wears it later .

Hadn't been inside Gap kids for over a year but popped in a couple of weeks ago and found some fab shorts for DS2 and gorgeous polo shirts for DS1. One thing I do like about Gap is they always have a sale rail . DS2's shorts were only £4.99 a pair! Rarely, if ever, pay full price for anything in Gap.

quick question on sizes. Ds is a fairly tall almost 5 year old [few weeks] Should i get him age 5 or age 6 trousers? Do the sizes come up big?

I get the boys trousers with the drawstring fastening for ds2 as he hates fiddly buttons - he loves them! I've ordered 3 pairs in different shades of camouflage today (his choice) also a gilet, top and beanie using the £10 off codes - 5 separate orders so saved £50 hurray! Very tempted by that floral print ruched dress but can't decide on a colour.

Cornsilk - the ruched dress is gorgeous I have it in moss as I wanted some colour injection in my winter wardrobe. I can't wait to wear it! Will wear with brown opaques and brown mary-jane heels, although would also look fab with ballet flats too. I think it's also fine for wearing now on cooler days.

One thing though is that the sleeves are a little snug, I found. I have it in an 8R so I have just ordered a 10R too to see if they are slightly more loose without compromising the remaining fit of the dress (the 8 is perfect in every other regard). Damn thing isn't in stock for another 4 weeks so will be unable to wear until then!

i ordered the rosette top in black with black flowers hopw they dont take the money off straght away as ive went mad this week with the other £10 off £30 offer we in scotland are back to school on monday and as i am sons taxi escort i have to try and look half decent as i get severley checked out by the other escorts

I got an e-mail telling me I couldn't use it more than once. There was a bit in it about trying to abuse their generosity . Gutted, will have to place whole order again.

I placed a total of 4 orders using that code and not only did I NOT get that email, the items have all been sent (and I have received two of the orders).
I checked the dispacth emails and notes in the parcels and I was charged less £10 on each order.

Maybe they are getting tough now or maybe just some people are unlucky! It worked fine for me.
