It is the older, slightly more sophisticated sister of Urban Outfitters (owned by the same company). They are supposed to be opening a shop on Regent St soon.

They stock lots of different brands rather than their own lable so I suppose sizing would vary among the different brands.

Have seen lots of Anthropologie stuff on Gilmore Girls - half of Lorelai's wardrobe is from there. Gorgeous stuff.

It does say that the prices shown are exclusive of taxes and customs charges, so it could work out to be quite a bit more expensive by the time you pay duty. Very lovely though.
