Have had a look and there are some lovely ones, including the red spotty one which I saw a woman wearing the other day, it looked fab on.

I feel another supermarket clothing purchase coming on.....

fruitshootsandheaves · 01/07/2009 18:22

when we've all been out and bought one, we will be able to spot all the other mumsnetters wearing theirs, it will be like a secret mumsnetters dress code.

My Asda (which is 30 mins away) is bound to have sold out in my size by the time I get there.

Lulumama · 01/07/2009 18:23

paisley one is pretty too

Think I may go tonight when DH gets home.

Do bra straps show?

Lulumama · 01/07/2009 18:24

@ frutishoots

i shall be wearing mine with a cream shrug and bronze birkies if that helps for recognition purposes

get it online!!

Lulumama · 01/07/2009 18:25

no it is just the right height at the back and the straps are thick enough to cover strappage

I tried one on the other day and it looked awful on me, must be because I am a heifer

I love the red spotty one as well.

GingerIgnoramus · 01/07/2009 18:29

but the colour is VILE

cocolepew · 01/07/2009 18:29

I've got this one, very flattering.

GingerIgnoramus · 01/07/2009 18:30

and this is for hte hoedown throwdown surely

CurryMaid · 01/07/2009 18:31

What aobut the length though? They look like they might stop at the fattest part of the calf (not a good look on me)

cornsilk · 01/07/2009 18:31

I'm not keen on that pink and brown one.

cornsilk · 01/07/2009 18:31

ooooh me likey the red one!!

GingerIgnoramus · 01/07/2009 18:32

They are really vile! All of them

cocolepew · 01/07/2009 18:35

Vile smvile They're £ 8! I got the red spotty one, but am taking it back.

Lizzylou · 01/07/2009 18:36

I love the red spotty one but they're sold out in my size. The ditsy floral one is nice too but I'm worried about the length as well, being a shortarse.

IkeaHighchair · 01/07/2009 19:33

Where do tehy come to (on a 5'2" body).

I love dresses but ATM they are all either too short (it needs to be below the knee) or too long as I am a shortarse.

wiggletastic · 01/07/2009 19:35

I got one the other day in anticipation of my hols and it is very flattering IMO. A total bargain.

FabBakerGirlIsBack · 01/07/2009 19:36

I saw a mum at school in the green one and it made her look enormous.

I like the red spotty one but won't be buying as I think everyone will be buying the Asda dresses.

TrillianAstrahasaJOB · 01/07/2009 19:38

I likehe red spotty one but it looks like it'll be too long - fattest part of the calf as CurryMaid said.
