Has there been a thread yet on what you're wearing to work in the heat?

I have such trouble when it gets hot. Have been looking for dresses but find the shops are full of sleeveless linen numbers which are not my thing - I always look like a bag lady in anything linen.

So......inspire me. What are you wearing to work today?

Am a teacher (FE) and tend to wear my blue linen trousers with a loose top or an A line skirt with a top. Love wearing flipflops - we are not supposed to apparantely but i'm such a rebel .

[glum] oh dear, that doesn't sound good... I heard (well... the review on M&S site said!) that it was great for people with short backs... hoping to see it tomorrow...

It depends how long you like them. I guess it's probably mid calf-ish, although I only saw it across the shop and didn't hold it up against myself.

The blue is lovely though and I think you will like it and it would really suit you.

Saramoon - I think you had better do lines,
'I must not wear flip flops and I must not be a rebel'!!!

One of dd1's favourite books used to be
this and I have just reminded myself of it!
