So, what do we all think?

Yay or nay? Bling or ming?

I am NOT a charm braclet fan at all but for some reason i am quite tempted by pandora...

I've been me for quite a while, in fact since before xmas when i gave myself a xmas name and didn't bother changing back .

I am getting super excited about getting a braclet now! Think that you, me and fluffy are working ourselves quite nicely into a frenzy!

I've just developed a cold sore. Some retail therapy is in order on Thursday (payday!)

bramblebooks · 13/06/2009 21:16

Oh I have just spent so much on these blimmin beads in the last few weeks. They look lovely though! I have a silver with touch of gold bead fetish.

kickassangel · 13/06/2009 21:27

there are other makes which are slightly cheaper, but not such nice barcelets. some of them fit on the pandora bracelet. so you can get the chain, then some cheaper beads to go on. you can slo get ear-rings & necklaces for them.

they're cheaper in the US too, so worth thinking about if you're going there any time.

Bonneville · 13/06/2009 21:38

I'm with Mutt on this one. Everyone seems to have them. So I wouldn't. Ming. Sorry!

Tn0g · 13/06/2009 21:40

Nooo

Don't say that, I was just beginning to think good things about my bracelet.

Now I'm all hmmmm again.

FluffyBunnyGoneBad · 13/06/2009 21:42

But no one will ever have the same one as you Tn0g. The choice of charms and spacers is all yours, no one will have the same, it's individual.

Tn0g · 13/06/2009 21:47

...true

ok

Yes, you're right, Fluffy.

Individual or unique is important for me with jewellery hmmmmmmmmmmmm

I want to like this bracelet

WhereTheWildThingsWere · 13/06/2009 21:51

You should look at Troll Beads too, a little more quirky and unusual than Pandora. Just a thought.

Tn0g · 13/06/2009 21:54

Some of those are lovely, aren't they?

Gorgeous coloured beads.

MaggieBee · 14/06/2009 00:04

Tnog, they're lovely with only 3 or 4 charms imo. My hairdresser had about a million on hers and I thought it looked stupid. I have one with just 4 charms and less is definitely more. I have no urge to fill up the chain. It's nice to see the chain itself I think.

LightShinesInTheDarkness · 14/06/2009 00:24

I have Lovelinks, similar idea - wider choice of Murano glass beads than Pandora but the same idea. I am totally addicted!

There is also Troll (someone mentioned this), Biagi and Truth. All the same kind of idea, all slightly different.

SuperBunny · 14/06/2009 01:23

Kickass, where can you get them in the US?

tinseltot · 14/06/2009 20:58

Well, i've given myself a 24 hour cooling off period from all things pandora and i still want a braclet and a necklace!

I wore black harem shorts today with a black and cream daisy crochet top. I couldn't help thinking that the look would have been complimented by a pandora bracet and necklace featuring a few black/white beads.....

There is a solution, where you face your cravings and give in ; spend a lot less than you think and get a genuine sterling silver bead bracelet ; that is compatible with Pandora / Troll / Biagi etc ; and thats at www.uberbeads.com

MortaIWombat · 31/10/2009 20:47
Hmm
