Only wanted to see what she was wearing and actually really like it!

I think she looks great too, fab dress, fantastic hat and she was touchingly nervous during the ceremony and about her hat and the wind I thought. Ha ha at the coaches too!

snafu · 09/04/2005 15:31

Well, I thought that was all rather touching and nicely un-pompous. Rah rah rah, gawd bless yer, etc etc etc

They'll still be first up against the wall come the revolution though

LIZS · 09/04/2005 15:32

Queenie should have got back in time for the Grand National at least.

JanH · 09/04/2005 15:33

Prince Andrew was at the back of one of the coaches - very appropriate!

sorrel · 09/04/2005 15:34

wasn't Wills looking hansome?

snafu · 09/04/2005 15:35

Going a bit thin on top, I thought.

God, why am I even having this conversation? I can't stand the bleedin' Royals!

WideWebWitch · 09/04/2005 15:36

Sorrel, I'm ashamed to say I did think 'phoar' and other unladylike things about Wills Her really is a bit of alright, although I don't approve of the royal family y'know!

WideWebWitch · 09/04/2005 15:36

HE not her, sorry for typo. And for fancying him

snafu · 09/04/2005 15:37

LOL www!

I am just a sucker for a wedding, me.

sorrel · 09/04/2005 15:38

feel the same way.(hangs head in shame) he hasg ot that thing about him. Dishy and knowing a the same time.
what am i like...........

JanH · 09/04/2005 15:39

I really like watching William and Harry chatting to each other. They look so normal!

What did Laura P-B have on her head btw? It looked like something that would have revolved between progs for an old TV channel.

WideWebWitch · 09/04/2005 15:39

Yep, sorrel, he's got that dirty look in his eye hasn't he?

snafu · 09/04/2005 15:39

It's times like that I really wish I could lip-read.

JanH · 09/04/2005 15:40

But he will end up looking exactly like his other grandad you know.

suedonim · 09/04/2005 15:40

Dd2 thought a pheasant had landed on Camilla's head, ha ha!! Who was that wearing a hat like a round white cardboard box, at the Guildhall? G*d, why am I even looking.

secretregular · 09/04/2005 15:41

I thought she looked lovely and I loved the headress. It was a bit unusual but worked well. I thought Tara PT looked amazing and so did Joanna Lumley and Trudi Styler. But Cherie Blair, oh dear, she did not suit that hat it made her look plainer than usual if that's possible. I'm glad the wedding went well for them, I know I'm in a small minority but I love the Royals and especially Prince Charles. Glad he's married the woman he always should have finally.

sorrel · 09/04/2005 15:42

www he was blowing that kiss just for us you know

iota · 09/04/2005 15:43

blmey - just seen Zara'a outfit on the bbc news website. Fashion faux pas is an understatement

WideWebWitch · 09/04/2005 15:44

sorrel!

sorrel · 09/04/2005 15:44

seudonim that was definitely beatrice or Eugenie -looked like bill or ben painted white and rammed on upside down

dropinthe · 09/04/2005 15:45

Shall we have bets on what's on the finger buffet menu?

OP posts:
JanH · 09/04/2005 15:45

Oh and they refused to invite Fergie, didn't they - thought that was a bit churlish.

sorrel · 09/04/2005 15:45

iota- its pucci aparently.but the puss in boots look was very strange

sorrel · 09/04/2005 15:46

i know they could've let Fergie stand at the back at least

snafu · 09/04/2005 15:47

With Robert Mugabe perhaps, sorrel?
