LOL, was just about to say I love 3/4 trews too and that I always wear both, but then realised that I'm wearing long sleeves and longs jeans today.

I love 3/4 trousers, I have a butterfly tattoo on my ankle so love showing it off

Never really given it much thought, but they're okay. Have a couple of tops with 3/4 length sleeves and at least they don't end up soggy from doing house stuff and washing hands etc.
They're a bugger for being able to cuff your snotty nose on though, doesn't work half as well!

Personally I like really long sleves as I like to kind of hold a bit in my hand iykwim.

Oh and on the subject of 3/4 length trs, yes yes yes, all summer long and even in winter with a bit of a heeled boot.

don't you find though that once a trend has started you'd better not be wanting something different because you won't bloody get it

bias cut skirts are my all time nightmare - they say they flatter you - not if you're pear-shaped they don't!

I have plenty of thick knit cotton zip up cardigan tops for when the chill hits though!

I don't think anyone looks good in 3/4 length trousers unless they are pencil thin, a la Kate Moss.

now Jools, bias cut skirts are great for hiding a bit of a tum, so I love them....look at Fern Britton - bias all the way.......

can't stand 3/4 trousers, quite like sleeves - have v. nice Per Una blouse, sleeves feel v. glamorous!

I look ok in 3/4 trousers and long boots, but not in 3/4 trousers and flip flops. I Just look like a right short arse then, which i am really.

3/4 length combats and flip flops in the summer, has to be done. What else are you wearing in the summer, other than skirts, if it's not a pair of 3/4 length pair of trousers what the hell goes on your legs????!!!!
