So the rest of us can shamelessly copy be amazed by your shopping prowess!!!!! May also enourage those of us trying to de-frump!

I went shopping today and brought a cute blouse thingy from H&M - in dark purple (trying to break my black habit), short capped sleeves, a few flat ruffles at the top with some small black buttons down the front! Not smock style but great for disguising muffin tops!

I did go shopping today . I hates it.

Bought small bra for dd1 and plain old black knickers for me. And a red glas candle holder. And tea lights.

Then I went online. And bought a book for me, a book and a watch for dd2's birthday, 2 white bras for dd1 and a marlon top fpr me as recommended on mn - lol. Bet it's shit

expatinscotland · 04/10/2008 20:50

I hates it, too, pointy.

Except for for other people or for non-clothes things. I don't like shopping for clothes and usually do it online.

iheartdusty · 04/10/2008 20:50

2 coats for me (Asda)
1 coat for me which I returned 20 minutes later after seeing the ones in Asda

1 coat for DD (Asda)
Boots for DD (Brantano)
Slippers for DD (Brantano)
Dress and leggings for DD (Matalan)

and then I said DD had far too much already and I would not buy her a cardigan so she bought it herself from her pocket money

I bought a long grey jumper (possibly supposed to be a dress) from H&M. And a watch to replace the one that was stolen in my burglary a few weeks ago. Actually that was quite nice because the insurance gave me a card with cash on it that I could only spend in a jewellers so I had to treat myself. It's a small watch but it came in a mahoosive box.

And a grauniad

To my shame, I haven't left the house today. Had friends round this morning and then I've spent the rest of the day curled up with a book. I did send the girls down the road to buy milk and cake though.

beanieb · 04/10/2008 21:32
